Delicious and unique food from a region of China we hadn’t experienced before. The owner and staff are friendly and thoughtful. They accommodated our large group and made us feel really at home. The Miao sour soup fish fillets and velvet mushroom dry pot, as well as the pork with clamshell buns, were particularly outstanding.
Really enjoyed my meal at Hengry! The food was tasty and not heavy, and the vibe was chill. Service was super friendly too. A nice spot to grab something good without feeling rushed. I’d come back for sure!
I came in on an unexpectedly busy evening. Everyone was working very hard. The food was fresh and delicious. The owner, Leo, was so kind and working just as hard as everyone else. There’s a very warm family feel to the restaurant and the lighting, art and furniture create a lovely ambience.
This is a true family business and it feels that way. The chef is incredible.
