The food is amazing. I want to come here again and again. The workers performed efficiently and excellently. I highly recommend all the stir fried vegetables dishes they have and all of the pork dishes. The egg puff waffle is a little on the expensive side considering what it is, but it truly was really good and very similar to the ones I had in Hong Kong.
We stopped by Henry’s Cuisine for some lobster. I didn’t realize that the restaurant was Michelin recommended. The exterior looks pretty run down but the inside and food tells a different story. The Lobster was 3-4lbs and we got it Vietnamese style. It was fresh and full of flavor. the Basil clams were also good as was the sweet and sour pork. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
Everything is good if not excellent at Henry except when they don't follow the recipe on yang chow fried rice. Why substitute bbq pork with luncheon meat? Where are the peas? The staff confirmed that this is how they prepare their YC Fried Rice. Well then the Michelin Star is yours when you have the fried rice right.
