Our waiter Natalie C would ask if we needed anything as soon as we said one thing she would run off when we had multiple things to re order. She also took forever when she brought us the receipt to charge us we waited 25+ minutes until we were able to waive her down.

Came in at 9:30 pm to buy a strawberry milkshake. Waited for 20 min and paid almost $10 for the milkshake. Got the smallest cup of milkshake I don't think it's worth the price for the size. I drank it in the restaurant before and was expecting that size of shake for pick up. I'm a bit disappointed.

Sitting us was fast no waiting, but getting anyone to take the order was ridiculous, it was over 30 minutes and the hostess took our drink order. Our waitress walked by three times and no order taken. Four table tops came in after us and she proceeded to take their order and everything while we waited. 45 minutes passed in total and we left. Went to another place very disappointed in the services with IHOP we have been coming there for many years.

Just know when you refuse to apply a discount to the bill and just one individual. The staff will just see a tip from one individual. Managers stop penny-pinching the customer's discounts.
THE PORTIONS ARE SMALL FOR THE PRICE OF MEAT WITHOUT MUSHROOMS, WHEN THEY BRING THE PLATE THERE NO MUSHROOMS AT ALL, ONLY ONIONS.

My mother came back from there and felt very ill, shes been throwing up alot. She mentioned the food was dry and hard and when complained about it the server just said thats how its served, what!? She mentioned they had water and soap everywhere on the grounds they even mopped under people's feet as they ate and the restaurant had a full house....wow. when she went to the restroom She mentioned to the waiters why the floor were so wet that she can fall and they just laughed and said they will mop it soon, soon meant 20 minutes later. She had the turkey melt with onion rings and strawberry banana French toast....unbelievable with this place....never going back for sure and I will definitely be making calls about this place cause im not letting this go.

I visited this location around 3:30 am.. I was told to wait 30 minutes for service because the server is on break... There's sign that says 24 hrs service... Some people have to do things early and this is just waste of time and bad service

We were a large group..waiter repeated our order 4 times, we verified correct. We were missing food. Twice we waiter brought out wrong items, food missing from our quad checked order. Food was cold, served in several runs..just bad service all around.
