One of the things you realize really quickly when moving to LA, In-N-Out is insanely overrated and never ever worth waiting 45 minutes in line for. You people are crazy, Wendy’s has better french fries 😂

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an In n Out. Outside employee taking orders was busy talking to her coworker for a few minutes before acknowledging me. No eye contact, or a “one moment please.” Took my order and seemed annoyed. Window employees passed me the wrong order. Asked for it back, and said here, this is your order and walked away. No thank you or sorry for the mistake. Still gave me the wrong order. I didn’t bother to go back. This is possibly the worst in n out. Will not return.
I wonder if they open earlier before 10:30am as stated. The drive thru worker was standing outside as if getting ready to take orders and it was only 9:50am in the morning.

Now that there open there lines are still very long but this our second time we go and everything is very cold there just rushing to get the line short I went inside and manager was telling well actually yelling work them hands faster poor people So I Rather Drive to the Montebello In N Out Managers have nice attitude and talk to u very nice Alahambra No Bueno There Attitude Are A Big No No He Took My Receipt I asked For It Back He Said I Trashed It 😒😡

Worst in n out in California. Waiting 20mins for an order because you skipped it wasn’t until asked where my damn food was at then all of a sudden it was there. Cold like your work ethics there. No one is going around telling people to leave just chilling there when yo have a packed house.
