Worst “It’s Boba Time” I’ve ever been to 😔. I was in the area and so I decided to try this “It’s Boba Time” in Alhambra, because I’m used to the brand and their House Milk Tea is usually really delicious. Unfortunately the House Milk Tea at this location tasted absolutely awful. It tasted like tea flavored water with boba. The boba itself was good, but the beverage itself was incredibly disappointing. The service was good, the gentleman who helped me was really friendly and helpful. Other than their only public restroom being out of service during my visit, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility was very nice

Boba Time is a fantastic spot for a refreshing frappuccino and boba! The drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting. Their cheesecakes and cookies are a must-try, bursting with flavor. Highly recommend visiting for a sweet treat and great vibes!

Place is not to clean and the cashier makes mistakes then get the order wrong then they end up charging you and make you pay the difference give them 1 star that’s not good service they should have it free plus the drink was hot ,plus if you don’t get the boba and you add another jelly they don’t let you switch they charge you poor customer service especially for the area can’t believe it

It's Boba Time! Yesss, one of boba drinks at Alhambra. Its open till 10.00pm. The price are regular like other boba drinks from $5-7/cup.
The place quite small, but still ok for little drinks. Have 1 restroom and clean. You can order the drinks through cashier or machine, so you dont need to que. I like strawberry milk tea with lychee jelly topping. Just little slow for them to make your order, maybe because its night already and only have 2 staff there.
But for the drinks, its good taste!

We enjoyed a cold drink and a hot day at Alhambra with the help of it’s Boba time I got myself a fruit cup without Kiwi and my husband got himself a lavender drink and we both loved it very much like a share was great and was also talking about other trains, giving us more optionsI used the restroom and the restroom was clean and the whole place look pretty clean for the most part, there was enough sitting space it was pretty empty. There was no waiting line. This was on a Saturday around 4 PM.
Truly what a horribly mismanaged store. And at no fault of the employees. Not only is the entire store filled with customers but the staff here were seemingly overwhelemed and rightfully so. With only 2 people working on both online tickets and in store tickets leaving myself and other customers disapointed in not just the turn out rate of the orders but the customer service given. Whoever vetted this schedule does not care about there staff. Boba tasted great though

Please be careful and wash out your dishes because i had a foreign object in it that was hard. I am so disappointed because my smoothie was good and the lady was nice and i know it was not malicious because i watched her make it, but still it is unacceptable. This thing was hard/ metal and could have scratched my throat.
