I uswd the drive thru. They NEVER get my order right! I told them at least 3 times YES i want cheese. Get home, no cheese. There is always something wrong with my order. So much time passes between visits, i actually forget why I stopped going, oop, then i remember. Also, The food was cold like it was chillin around for a while and the bun was soggy.

I typically do Drive-thru during weekdays when I’m solo. On a few occasions, I would eat-in when + other members during weekends. Drive thru service is much better than eat-in service. Not that it’s all bad, just not 5-stars. 4 for overall decent. This is a better JITB than many others in the local l neighborhood. The North Montebello location is iffy iffy.

Fast food with different sandwich options. I ordered a Jack sourdough and liked it. The bread is a little greasy because in this style of sandwich it is as if it was passed on a griddle. But it's delicious.
The manager making a loud noise when opening the bags. She scared me with the noise and thought it was funny. Won't go back there again.

My favorite Jack in the box in the city. The Ube witch shake was a bit too sugary for me. But the food here is always great. Drive thru line moves fast. And they have that new touch screen soda machine. I always come here after a party at like 2am. Keep up the good work
Can't go wrong if you use the Jack in the Box app. With prices rising the Best thing to do is use your App for discounts. Can't go wrong with Free Friday Fries and you can get Curly, not just regular. I label this, Doordasher's Breakfast... Got 2 tacos 99 cents, coffee and Hash Browns

Wow- this Drive Through Associate was incredibly on the ball... She made the last-min change I requested, reviewed my order, and was sharp enough to put the napkins in the bag WITH THE SANDWICHES (instead of with the sides of rice that I keep getting from other stores/associates... and those aren't the items I'm going to eat in the car ?), AND included my receipt inside the bags with my food- without me having to ask for it ? Thank you Alaina!! ?
