I ordered 5 spicy chicken strips, but I only received 3. Additionally, your posters and commercials indicate that this order comes with fries, but I did not receive any fries. I am not sure if there is a mistake in your advertising or if this is false advertising.

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I placed an order for my food on DoorDash and went inside to get it. Clearly, my order was complete and in plan sight. When I asked for it, the guy (Mexican employee) said “we don’t have that, also we’re closed so get out.” And slammed the door. He has glasses and was genuinely a terrible employee. Hopefully yall can fix that!

I like the food the family doesn't really care for a Japanese fast food.. I thought I reviewing Yoshinoya.. But jack in the box.. Easy meal.. Thank goodness the family loves 2 tacos 1.99

3:47 am terrible, rude and projection of attitude. I placed my order online and waited in the cue. Upon her having my order completed, refused to give order because I was not in a vehicle, so then I called and walked over to the front door to which her and the entire staff laughed as they had my order jn hands. The whole situation was terrible. Tried to cancel order and was told I still had to pay. Make better awareness of store policy and perhaps have a talk on how information is relayed to guests. Simply terrible.

Everytime i come thru the drive thru when no cars waiting i have to wait about 10 mins in a parking stall for my order when its only 2 simple chicken sandwiches. Ridiculous for a drive thru
Terrible service with attitude and always forget the food we order. I called spoke to what I thought was a manager and was hung up on I told him that they forgot a couple items and it didn't matter to them I am so disappointed on how an establishment that makes probably well over 5 million dollars a year through the drive through and what have you would have more sense of urgency on service and making the customer happy this is why I don't really like going there anymore because I don't feel like I have to make a call to justify my order when I feel rushed through the drive-thru not cool and this is coming from an operator of the restaurant industry for over 40 years

I uswd the drive thru.
They NEVER get my order right! I told them at least 3 times YES i want cheese. Get home, no cheese. There is always something wrong with my order. So much time passes between visits, i actually forget why I stopped going, oop, then i remember.
Also, The food was cold like it was chillin around for a while and the bun was soggy.
