I ordered a jumbo jack combo with no onions, instrad , I got a regular cheeseburger , plain with no mayo , tomatoes or lettuce . dry depresses looking burger . Idk if they homegirls mad she has to work the holidays but don’t take it out on me and the burger and mess up my order .

On November 27, 2025, at around 9:30 a.m., I went to buy two breakfasts to go. The woman who served me stopped to chat with another employee and saw me waiting for my food. When she finally deigned to bring it to me, she was incredibly rude and only gave me one. I told her I wanted two breakfasts, and she took them away. She got extremely angry! They should provide better training for their customer service staff.

Good fast food however, employee Cynthia needs a lot of customer service training or be dismissed as she is rude and has an attitude toward customers. Let’s see if management will take action to resolve Cynthia’s negative attitude problem.

Don't bother ordering the breakfast burritos if you are expecting to have FRESH SALSA with your burrito they never have it AVAILABLE. 🤔😏😕

Bianca wouldn't help she said it on t-mobile and she wouldn't help at all. Did offer any remedy just get out. I used the t-mobile app to get free ultimate cheese burger and it didn't work and that's what a employee should take care of. At least tell the manager or something it seems like she was the manager especially when I come here almost daily

Ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger through the App. When I picked up the bag, returned to my desk and opened it, it contained some kinda of tiny breakfast burger instead of the cheeseburger. I ate it anyway since I didn't want to call them to argue.

Tracy D , at drive thru needs to work on her customer service and way to addresses herself towards customers, very rude and arrogant. She treated us like she was giving us the food free of charge i understand you might not like having to work but consider perhaps another choice of career, because clearly customer service is not it. Management please do better in reviewing who you hire because each employee represents your company. Worst Jack in box drive thru experience.

I ordered 5 spicy chicken strips, but I only received 3. Additionally, your posters and commercials indicate that this order comes with fries, but I did not receive any fries. I am not sure if there is a mistake in your advertising or if this is false advertising.

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I placed an order for my food on DoorDash and went inside to get it. Clearly, my order was complete and in plan sight. When I asked for it, the guy (Mexican employee) said “we don’t have that, also we’re closed so get out.” And slammed the door. He has glasses and was genuinely a terrible employee. Hopefully yall can fix that!
