It is truly a bar. In the best definition of the word. Beer was nice and cold. Mixed drinks were nice and string. The prices were great. I ordered the cheeseburger, which IMO was absolutely DELICIOUS! Definitely will be going back for dinner and a drink.

Caveat emptor, This place was a decent bar with a friendly atmosphere, recently I experienced very bad treatment by a member of the security staff and bartender. these individuals are very unscrupulous and conduct themselves in a very unethical and unprofessional manner, this was brought up to ownership and they turned a blind eye and banned me, please be very careful there as it is not a good place at least in my experience. I was not planning on returning as there are plenty of other places to visit. ?

Chill low key bar. A lot of regulars that come in here. On the outskirts of Alhambra Main Street pub walk. Cash only bar and food is ordered separately. They have an outdoor patio area that’s super chill mode. They had pool table and darts. The imported draft beer was $6 each. The drinks are cheap just bring cash. Older crowd.

The food and the bar are separate vendors. the vibe of the food service was dope and warm. and food was cheap and good quality! good portion too. the bar was inexpensive and had the usuals. however the service was so-so. not so warm and welcoming. seemed like more of a “you gotta be a usual here” kinda bar. regardless it was still a good calm fun place overall and you can def have a good time here. it was all american

A hole in the wall with big flavor and loyal community. The kitchen was small but impressive. They don't over think the menu and that's what works for me. Today I tried the menudo. Really flavorful.

I have been coming to this place for many many years and recently went back to meet friends for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger which came with grilled onions and of course I asked for raw as well. I love onions! This burger was delicious it was so big and juicy, I could only eat half of it. The burger came with an order of fries which were nice and crispy. My friend had the steak sandwich and was very delighted with it. I will be back again soon to try other things on the menu. I highly recommend trying JD's for lunch!
