Johnny Rockets & Hurricane Wings

Had dinner with the family in the restaurant. Small but cute. Very clean. Employee's are extremely nice. Service was fast. Nice to have different options in Alhambra. We had the place all to ourselves which was nice but I hope more people are eating here. Would hate to loose this little gem. There was one once in Monterey Park and it closed. Hopefully this location stays.

Very friendly staff! Reminds you of the old school diner with cool music. The house double burger was super filling and the portion size of the onion rings was nice and large. The burger wasn't bland either with plenty of flavor. These are real onion rings not the freezer bought. I actually ate some before I remembered to take a photo. I will be returning to this Johnny rockets!

The worst food and service I have ever seen!
I should have taken a hint when, (1) I was waiting for over 15 minutes to be helped (with no line in front of me), and (2) a client came up to the counter to cancel a shake, due to waiting too long for it.
However, I was patient, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and made my order. I ordered a banana shake. It was so watery, the texture was more like a juice, and the flavor was somewhat there, but it looked more like vomit... asteticley disgusting. I understand that they might have been swamped (which they werent), understaffed (which i doubt), but quality and pride of your work is the attention I was expecting; such as the young lady clearly put-in some time and attention on her appearance, (make-up, fake eyelashes). Unfortunately, not good at all.

Food was good, staff was friendly, but their prices are outrageous. 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 shakes = $44. Yikes.

I have worked in Alhambra for many years now ...I have seen many restaurants come and go in this particular spot....Johnny Rockets is a keeper! Great food and excellent service!

Severely understaffed. So unfair to the workers. The two workers here are going above and beyond trying to keep up with orders. Why would you only have 2 staff on a Saturday?

This place is a joke. I bought 4 burgers and 1 kids meal, which came out to $80 something bucks. When we got our food, there were no fries with the burgers. Apparently, they don't serve their burgers with fries, which would've been nice if they informed me when I was placing the order. So I asked them if we could order fries, and they told me they ran out of fries. How the hell do they run outta fries at a burger restaurant? So I ordered tater tots instead, which cost an extra $35. So now I'm at $115 for 4 burger entrees and a kids meal. When I tried paying with cash, they told me I couldn't cuz they didn't have change. The tater tots took forever to come out by the time they got there we all had finished our burgers already...and they were overcooked. I will never b back here again. This place was terrible.

I have not been to a Johnny Rockets in years, but I've had burgers, and theirs are the freshest. The fries and wings were great, too. The best part of our visit was the service. Best customer service for a fast food restaurant. The manager Hans was so welcoming, and so was Shayden. We have to go back for thr shakes.

Took the family out for lunch and let me tell you all, everything was amazing. Food was delicious brought back good memories when I used to go to Johnny Rockets as a kid. The workers here very kind and professional. The Dine-in experience was like me and my family went back in time, from the music and the ascetic, this really is the real deal so don’t miss out!
