Took my kids and niece to Johnny Rockets and we were all really happy with the experience. The food was great with everything made fresh to order. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was super clean and had more of a fast food vibe but the quality felt more like a sit down diner. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Called to make an order several times nobody answered I went to the restaurant guy and Girl were both walking out the back of the restaurant as I seen smoke after I waited at the register to order for at least 4-5 mins with nobody even in the kitchen part of the restaurant so unprofessional smoking on the job and in the back of the restaurant hanging out while supposed to be working .

Came in with my mom and ordered. Knew it would take a minute to get our food as they make it to order. We both ordered shakes and the two girls then just stood around and talked. Our food was made and we had almost completely finished eating before the shakes were even made. A little irritating to have to wait that long and just watch them talk nonstop. This was around 1:20 in the afternoon.

Just ordered from here via DoorDash. Ordered chili cheese fries but came with onions? It’s called “chili cheese fries” not “chili cheese onion fries”? Give us the option to add or remove it please.

The food was really super delicious, just like an old tome burger. The onion rings were absolutely tasty. I was impressed at the cleanliness and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. I learned the name of our server was Sergio. Excellent worker and a terrific person. I will go back again very soon.

Been here for 44 minutes and no food nor was our order out before people that came after and we are still waiting.

I mobile orders wings from this location, and paid via the app with a credit card. When I arrived to the location they said they were out of wings and couldn't complete my order. They never notified me until I was in the store. I asked for a receipt and they have me a receipt that provided no information about the order/ refund. I disputed the charge on my card, but was unsuccessful. Never ordering from this place again

Big piece of PLASTIC in my shake that I almost swallowed, But luckily didn’t. After letting Johnny rockets know this all they wanted to do is refund the shake cost. Complained on corporate questionnaire and was told I’d get a full refund from someone at Alhambra location. Today I got the refund for the shake only after 3 weeks since this happened. This place is a joke.

The food was alright, too expensive for what it is though. Employees were very nice and courteous but almost $25 for burgers fries and a coke doesn't seem worth it

WOW, super pricey. 2 employees only running a big chain restaurant not good. Thanks for the chef and female employee. We were enjoying our time waiting while our food was being prepped. What ruined it was the flash mob of unorganized parents and children. I thought my parenting was bad, now I see other citizens are worst. Enjoy
