The service crew didn’t pay attention of the orders.

I usually stick to the west covina location. But i thought i’d give this one a try since its closer. NEVER AGAIN!. Mash potato was semi cold, gravy cold, chicken stale and cold. Fries hard and stale. The drinks however were good. I got a whole family meal and its all going to waste because we arent risking getting an upset stomach. What a shame. I dont know why this location has so many issues. At this point they need a new manager and new staff because they arent doing things right!

I ordered takeout for pickup. My fried chicken were quite cold. I ordered half & half. My spicy chicken was not spicy enough. My original chicken was not crispy enough. Gravy was great. However, overall, the quality of fried chickens was just above average, I can’t say I want to buy this again and again. I hope they improve the quality of crispiness, flavors profile, taste and texture over time.
Original chicken is good, I didn't find that the gravy enhanced it, the fried chicken is good enough on its own. The spaghetti is not awful, but I would say that it's an acquired taste. Spaghetti that sweet isn't my preference.

Went there around 9:45pm. Very disappointed with the service and food. Took 10 mins for one customer to order, acting very slowly. I thought its will be our turn but the cashier took care the pick up customers first even they came after us. I we had no food left as he’s too slow. He should let us know earlier without waiting for 15 mins…

Don't use doordash to order their pickup. 9 minutes estimated now I've waited for 50 minutes ☹️
Update: 60 minutes eventually, just for a 10 pc bucket. I've seen so many rounds of drive though get their food. If Jolibee don't want to get order from doordash just don't. No need to delay like this to irritate the customer
