Food was cold and taste bad. Service was terrible, extremely bad customer service. Restroom sink wall partly chipped off, greenish coloring. Overall gross, but what made me write this review is the customer service.

I had read that these were the best soup dumplings in Los Angeles. Can confirm! Delicious!

Grumpy servers, don’t care of any customer service; they would make it more sloppy, if they could.

Great place.Tasty food.Quite good prices.Premade selection at the counter as well as a made to order menu.I definitely recommend giving this place a try.(I miss the chef from their sister restaurant, Shao Mae, who made the egg tomato!!! It was and still is the best compared to any restaurant I've been to!!!)

This place slaps. Bring cash!!! Get the Shenzen dumplings and bring a friend. It's cafeteria style and you order dumplings at the register. There isn't an ATM here.

Kang Kang Food is like a cafeteria style place, where you can order pre-made items or menu items. If you eat there, then find a table first, then go order the food. It's best to pay with cash because there's a 3% charge if you use a credit card.I like their Shanghai pan fried bao, beef chao fun dry style, and beef rolls.

Shenjianbao SO GOOD

This place is legit! Best pan fried bao I had outside of Shanghai and that says a lot. It has so much juice and such a flavor bomb while the outside is perfectly crispy. My husband second favorite is the jing du meat pie which is deep fried pancake with pork fillings. These two both require 15-20 wait time since they are made to order so I usually get a couple of dishes from the buffet section while I wait. My favorites there are the Shanghainese meatballs and vegetable dishes like seaweed, eggplant or cabbage. The cashier (maybe owner?) was so nice and friendly. He's Shanghainese and I told him I lived in shanghai for a couple of years. Then he offered me a few pastries on the house like the moon cake with meat fillings wow those are so delicious too. Please come check them out I love the food and people work here!
