Hum... The flavour of the ramen soup was strange and bored. The Cube Beef Don tasted very similar to Chinese cooking and season style.

Came here on the weekend with a party of 6 since we were closeby in Pasadena and it was a short drive down to Alhambra. Went to a Chicken place the night before so everyone agreed on Japanese food. Was seated quickly and decided on the popular cream curry udon that was featured in social media.

Food came out quickly, though I was kind of dissapointed with the dish. It was rather bland. Everyone however enjoyed their dish so maybe I should have ordered something...

Been here twice and it’s been just okay both times! It’s hard to compete with shops like Marugame in little Tokyo only 15mins away. The udon is consistently a bit soft - the curry udon has good flavor; the mazesoba flavor profile is off - kinda sweet compared to Menya Hanabi in Arcadia. The stir fried udon is even more sweet. Their gyukatsu meat is unique, and the meat quality is pretty good, but I’m still not sure that it’s worth the price. The best thing I’ve gotten...
