The gyukatsu didn’t feel worth the $40 price tag.

The oyako don in particular was quite disappointing—it was overly salty, and instead of using chicken like the traditional version, it was made with katsu and egg.
On top of that, the rice was completely soaked, so it ended up feeling more like rice soup than a donburi.

Food isn't bad. Service is pretty good. I didn't think it was anything special, but my girlfriend enjoyed it. So if you're looking for a nice date spot, this is not a bad choice. Just make sure you come on payday.

Over all a solid and fulfilling meal i got the spicy-k beef bowl. Beef and veggies were generously seasoned and portions free miso soup and water upon seating i would have like to give it a 5star review but my meal came with barely any rice which wasn't that big of an issue for me but it is a rice beef bowl. Service was spectacular 1 guy waiting and refilling all tables in a timely manner all in all as I stated before good spot would recommend to a friend
