Super bummed that my experience at the Garden Grove locatiom was not good. Went to order a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich x2. Along with a bunch of other items. They gave us breakfast sandwiches that did not match the photo of the sausage link croissant number 90 sandwich. I asked if they would replace the 2 sandwiches. They said yes. Waited and waited. Went back to ask if the sandwiches were done and they started arguing that they had given us sausage sandwiches. Then I asked why they said they would replace them if they were not going to, and they said very rude about it. I will drop a photo of the sandwich photo below. It didn't make sense why they were so angry and rude about it, especially because what they gave was not sausage. I used to recommend them to families staying at Great Wolf Lodge but do NOT recommend them anymore.

I really like the coffee. However, there was a long hair deep in the sandwich. I had to stop eating. I’ll go back for the coffee, but not the food.

I placed a very small order 3 macaroons set and 1 Pork Roll sandwich. I ordered delivery through grubhub and when it arrived I was disappointed. For one the bread was hard as a rock/brick to try and bite through. I had just recently undergone some back teeth dental work a month ago so this was an unpleasant challenge. The quality and freshness of the pork meat didn't taste fresh at all tasted like it had been sitting out on the counter for way too long probably by half a day. One of daughter's macaroons was completely crushed and I even tipped the driver. I have nothing against Lee's Sandwiches in fact the location on 766 E Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, CA is way better at least employees there care about satisfying their customers and it actually shows through safer and fresher food quality standards. I love Pork Rolls had them plenty of time but this location it's definitely a NO for me. I highly recommend any customer to not give this place your time or buisness.🤮🤢👎👎👎
