The food in this place is absolutely legit, especially the braised pork rice and beef noodle soup. The portion size is big and definitely worth the price. Wouldn't recommend getting to-go order, though, since the portion size gets smaller due to the boxes.
The parking is also kind of a hassle since there isn't much parking at the ground level, and you'll have to go underground for more parking.

Fantastic pig ears. Spicy, chewy - just right. Home style beef noodle is quite nice, I do prefer taiwanese version with tendon... This is a very nice soup, nice broth and chewy ramen like noodles

I will say parking can be difficult but that shouldn’t surprise anyone in the area. Small underground lot if you can’t find anything upstairs
