Ordered the Tallarin Verde con Bistec and the Jalea Mixta. The Tallarin Verde con Bistec is Peruvian pesto linguine topped with tender grilled milanesa cut. The meat was a bit chewy but flavorful and juicy. Paired with the vibrant pasta in thick pesto sauce, this was a delightful pick. The Jalea Mixta is a combination of crispy seafood and fish served with fried yucas, golden potatoes, sarza criotta, and tartar sauce. This is a plentiful dish of fried food. The mussels were nice and easy to take apart. The fried fish and squid rings were nicely done, not too overbattered and great with tartar sauce. To avoid the bloated feeling from the fried food, the purple onion salsa (salza criolla) helped to balance the flavors out. Location has its own parking lot which is convenient in downtown Alhambra. Ambiance is really nice with latin songs playing in the background. There is the option of indoor and outdoor tented seating and business picks up during the dinner rush.Parking: Observe any time limits in the area for street parking

Great flavor but kinda pricey. We came on the weekend for lunch, were seated immediately and have very attentive service. We got two dishes and both were bursting with flavor. Tallarines A La Huancaine Con Lomo Saltado pairs the lomo Saltado beef with pasta in a spicy cheese sauce. Lomo Saltado beef is robust flavor, nice and juicy pieces of appropriately cooked beef. The Huancaina sauce is a spicy cheese, and is more creamy than even an Alfredo. The sauce thickness makes it stick well to the pasta. Tallarines Verdes Con Bistec uses the same noodles in a pesto sauce. I don't get to have good pesto very often and this dish was a treat. The steak was a thin piece with large surface area, and its flavor easily meshed with the pesto on the noodles. Only complaint is the price per entrees, which were $26 and 22 respectively.

This meat without any flavor. The rice feels old. And this dish is very expensive. These people are incredible. It's nice to pay if the food is delicious. But this meat is tough and the rice has a strange flavor. No way!

A true gem in alhambra! I came here with my mom on a saturday for lunch, we got seated right away and ordered the lomo saltado and platanos fritos! The meat was juicy and savory, with fresh vegetables and the service was so good as well, the waiter was very attentive and it was smiles all around! This is our favorite place to get the best authentic Peruvian food!

This is a hidden gem! The place is so clean and the customer service is impeccable! So friendly, attentive, and gave great suggestions! This was the first time I’ve eaten Peruvian cuisine, and I can’t express in words the freshness of the choros a la chalaca and does not have a fishy taste, the yuca fries were crispy, fresh, and had no oily taste, the Chicha Morada drink is so refreshing with a hint of cinnamon, and the Cielo’ Mar y Tierra was magnificent! The quality of beef, chicken, and shrimp was exceptional. The rice was firm yet fluffy, and vegetables were grilled to perfection! You gotta try it! It tastes like someone enjoyed cooking and made it with love!

Ordered the lomo saltado and it was DELISH!! Server was very polite. Seat urself, indoor or outdoor and they bring menus and food to you. They didn't offer water until they took our order which wasn't a huge deal for me, but thought its worth mentioning lol Will definitely come back.

Wow. This food has changed. Very drastic. If you once loved this place make sure you order something small before you order your full meals.

Doesn't get much better than this folks! It may seem super odd right next to the 7-11 tucked away in the corner but as seasoned yelper this place did everything right! Delicious food with perfect portions and delicious sangria! What you see is what you get cooked steaks to perfection. Soft and delicious. Not much more to say really. Great staff and baby friendly to boot! Just go!

This place deserves more love. Excellent weight staff, and even better food. The menu is very inventive and has a lot to offer. The patio was great for a temperate winter evening. The place can handle a big party as well. There’s more parking in the back of the shop.

Food was great. Ordered the Pollo Saltado to go. Was sweet and the spicy sauce was perfect for me. This place needs more attention. Will definitely come back when I'm in town.
