Used my app. Thought if I put no big Mac bun they make it with a top and bottom bun but no middle. I got a Bic Mac no bread. Did they prep it wrong 🤔 or did I customize my order wrong?

I noticed this McDonald's takes longer to take your order. When I go to the drive up one side takes long to ask you for your order. The other side has taken at least two orders before you can give yours. And it took a while to get our order at the window that we had to park and wait.

The whole point of fast food is to get your food fast. This particular McDonalds has serious problems with that notion of fast food, in making customers wait to place their orders for up to ten to fifteen minutes at times. In addition, it appears so many McDonalds have undergone restaurant changes to allow more privacy to the kitchen workers by covering up the kitchen and reducing the number of cashiers and registers available which was once readily and openly visible giving it more of a restaurant type feel. And this change, I feel, contributes to the length of time it takes to be attended to. I go to McDonalds for fast food, not for a dining experience.

Bad service! Around 5pm 10/18/24, two young lady employees skipped customers order,let customers wait for longer time. When I asked about my order, one of them was very impatient.So rude! If the store manager can see the review. You have the schedule, you know who is working at this time. Your employees are not qualified. They need to retraining.
The worst breakfast McDonald location. I came this location for breakfast 3 times. And every time every breakfast items they make it bad, unbelievable.

I usually go through the drive-thru for this McD and I've never had any issues...so far. The line goes smoothly and the orders are always right when I get them. The staff at the windows are nice, especially this one older Hispanic lady. Super nice and has a very charming personality...would mention her name if I knew.
