Took 15 minutes to get my food. We were diverted from the drive through line and I needed to go inside before I got it. Fries were in the bag upside down. They were burnt. Burger was too salty and had too little sauce on it.

Saul is usually pretty nice. I come here all the time and have always had a pleasant experience. But yesterday when they forgot to give me one of my orders I went back in to ask and was greeted with such a snarky response from Saul. He got real smart with me acting like I was in the wrong when they didn’t give me my complete order when I left. I felt to disrespected I just told him to forget and I left. Won’t be coming back at all. I honestly shouldn’t even be eating McDonald’s anyway so this works out.

Saul the evening manager is just horrible along with one of the young lady that works there (red hair) both have condescending attitude and no customer service skills! And the food looks like they threw it the wall before they packed it!
