Management is very unethical no surprise staff is any different, all you hear is them chatting amongst themselves instead of caring for customers entering , it took over 15 mins for my order when it wasn’t rush hour all I ordered was a happy meal ; supervisor that I approached seemed to even get upset when I asked for status of my order. This is unacceptable, not the first time this happens at this location. District manager please do better in hiring process and educating staff how to treat all paying customers with kindness and respect.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. I have given 3 chances and every time has been worse than the last. Extremely slow service and below average food. It looks like the people working there are trying their best but have little to no training on getting good food to their customers. I never plan to return and will drive past it to another location.

They always make you wait on your order and never give you your complete order even after making you wait. This has happened both times I have been there. Management is really lacking here and it shows

I had a simple order and it took forever to get out. I do mobile orders but ended up waiting over 10 minutes while pretty much everyone got their order except me, even those that ordered after me. It said my order was ready, i tried to ask but was ignored until finally someone asked what i was waiting for, and said i was waiting on my fries, which i feel should have been the first thing that was finished but it seems my burger was sitting there for a minute before they finally realized i needed fries. Continue to wait another few minutes as they hand out even more orders made after mine. Finally get my meal and the fries have zero salt. Went to get my drink and they were out of my first two choices and had no lids stocked except for small. They were polite and the burger is fine but I'm being generous with 2 stars

15 minutes of waiting for the food, I ordered it to eat at the restaurant and it was in a bag, the meat was dry and cold, the bread was cold, no sauces, dirty tables, terrible service, it's fast food, they really serve faster at the pho restaurant around the corner, on top of that how is it possible that the kitchen guy takes off his gloves, throws them in the trash and with his unprotected hand adds all the trash from the can, touches all the kitchen utensils, goes to the meat refrigerator, puts on new gloves and starts placing the meat and all of this is washing his hands? I was disgusted to eat my burger

Customer service is top notch. I see them working hard. Teamwork at it's best. They make most delicious Strawberry Oreo shake. Ask for it next time. 😋
This place is terrible, at 6AM they make the customer wait over 12 min in the drive thru for breakfast, Today was the worst they’re card machine was down, that’s the first thing he should have said when I arrived, who ever is running this place, doesn’t know they’re running it, this place needs better leadership, I’m disappointed, never coming here again.

Avoid this place orders are always wrong the staff is rude especially managers. They’ll have you waiting forever. You’ll be sitting in your car for a while if you have a mobile order curbside. Rather go to Main Street location.
