Past few times I’ve been here Owen has been able to take my order efficiently and correctly making sure I get my food as soon as possible. I appreciate his attention to getting orders out to guests on time as well as his friendliness. Never feel like the workers are rude here and they are always listening and checking in if anyone needs help.

My app order was stolen right next to me when some woman picked up the bag and left. No one was there to supervise the order. When I asked the manager, she said I would have to reorder through the app because it is an app glitch. I deleted my app AND WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS CHAIN.

The manager of this place today is totally rude, I don't know where on earth they hired someone like that to be a manager/supervisor. She snapped at you when you asked questions, and the time is around 3:30pm, it's not even peak time.

Management is very unethical no surprise staff is any different, all you hear is them chatting amongst themselves instead of caring for customers entering , it took over 15 mins for my order when it wasn’t rush hour all I ordered was a happy meal ; supervisor that I approached seemed to even get upset when I asked for status of my order. This is unacceptable, not the first time this happens at this location. District manager please do better in hiring process and educating staff how to treat all paying customers with kindness and respect.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. I have given 3 chances and every time has been worse than the last. Extremely slow service and below average food. It looks like the people working there are trying their best but have little to no training on getting good food to their customers. I never plan to return and will drive past it to another location.

I had a simple order and it took forever to get out. I do mobile orders but ended up waiting over 10 minutes while pretty much everyone got their order except me, even those that ordered after me. It said my order was ready, i tried to ask but was ignored until finally someone asked what i was waiting for, and said i was waiting on my fries, which i feel should have been the first thing that was finished but it seems my burger was sitting there for a minute before they finally realized i needed fries. Continue to wait another few minutes as they hand out even more orders made after mine. Finally get my meal and the fries have zero salt. Went to get my drink and they were out of my first two choices and had no lids stocked except for small. They were polite and the burger is fine but I'm being generous with 2 stars

15 minutes of waiting for the food, I ordered it to eat at the restaurant and it was in a bag, the meat was dry and cold, the bread was cold, no sauces, dirty tables, terrible service, it's fast food, they really serve faster at the pho restaurant around the corner, on top of that how is it possible that the kitchen guy takes off his gloves, throws them in the trash and with his unprotected hand adds all the trash from the can, touches all the kitchen utensils, goes to the meat refrigerator, puts on new gloves and starts placing the meat and all of this is washing his hands? I was disgusted to eat my burger
