I had to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. While there was almost 20 employees there. This caused a massive amount of trouble for my busy day. Shame on the employees and management!

And this is easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Shut it down!

I ordered a 6 chicken nugget happy meal for my kid. When we got home, it only had 2 pieces inside. My kid kept saying that this place is bad. We will never come back to this store!

The meal is extremely slow! It all feels busy! Most of them are old guys who make soy sauce! Only a few employees were particularly busy, but the rest were sluggish! The bathroom door has also been broken for two months and no one has repaired it! Are you so busy making money that you have no time to repair?

Same food but a dollar or two more than other mc donalds. I noticed the box of cookies runs over 7$ with tax and other McDonald's run under 6$ same food more pricy.

The quality control for this McDonalds has really gone south! I don't know if its that something is wrong with the Drive Thru order box or register, etc...but my order is incorrect everytime....so I stopped going. If you want my business back, fix your Drive Thru.

For Example; the last time, I ordered 'spicy' Mc Chicken and got regular. The order taking person in the Drive Thru had me confirm the order, it was on the electric order screen too, but when i got to the pick up window - regular chicken sandwich.

Another Example; I ordered a deluxe breakfast with extra hash brown. Confirmed the order. Paid. at the pick up window, no extra hash brown.

Another critiqued -- you guys need to monitor the soda machine more closely...all of my sodas were weak. The soda water and syrup ratio were waaaayyyy off. Nasty surprise.

Service here varies and depends on who u get at the counter. If this one new/young guy, careful since he doesn't seem to know about the value/combo price and charges u individually for the items, especially when u order a lot. Seems like he doesn't care and just wants to get the orders done and move on to the next customer. I say this since I went back the next day and got the same thing and it was about $3 less. I did the calculations for both days so I know the newer/young guy overcharged me. So now when I go and see him at the counter, I try to order something simple 😆

I have never been to a McDonalds that messes up as many orders as this one, meaning it’s about 50/50 if the order is correct. Obscene. Usually with a happy meal, whether forgetting a toy, drink, or both. Is it a huge deal? Perhaps not, but when you pick something up for a toddler who is then disappointed since you don’t go THAT often, and then doesn’t have their drink (or toy), and you have to go back or do something else, it’s a bigger deal.

This last time was the last straw for a review. I ordered in the app for pickup, waited for over 15 minutes in the space after checking in, see cars that came after me come back out of the drive through, only to get home to cold fries (note, it is less than 2 minutes even when hitting lights) cold nuggets and cold burgers. AND no chocolate milk for my child, who has been home sick and only wanted McDonalds nuggets for lunch. After waiting all that time, to forget things and bring out cold food is unacceptable. I get it, it’s “fast food”, but their job isn’t that hard, and it shouldn’t be cold, gross, and missing items. The worst part, is they’ve messed up enough times, I’ve complained and this location doesn’t get better.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t call a place that regularly leaves items out of a happy meal kid friendly. Usually the missing items is a drink, toy, or apple slices, often 2/3.

I recently had an experience here that left a positive impression, largely due to the exceptional management. Although the lobby had to close early, which was certainly an inconvenience for some customers, the manager handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. They were not only incredibly nice but also genuinely apologetic, taking the time to explain the circumstances that led to the early closure.

It was refreshing to see a manager who truly cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to maintain a positive atmosphere, even in less-than-ideal situations. Their understanding and empathetic approach made a significant difference and helped alleviate any frustration we felt.

On a different note, I did encounter a rather rude Uber driver during this visit, and I believe they might benefit from seeking a different line of work. However, this experience should not overshadow the outstanding service provided by the manager and the rest of the staff. Overall, I left with a positive impression and appreciation for how well the situation was managed. Thank you for prioritizing customer service!

Today at McDonald's, only one manager is working. Because of that, they are closing the doors, and you have to stand outside in the driveway. This is bad because we are wasting our time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The store is supposed to be open until 11 PM, but when my friend and I arrived a little before 9 PM, the doors were already locked. We are two young women and were left standing outside knocking on the door for a long time, but the staff inside completely ignored us. It was only after a man also tried to enter that someone who appeared to be a manager finally opened the door.

The manager told us that the dining area was closed because they only had two employees working. However, it was clear that there were more people working in the back. We explained that we had placed an order for pickup at the counter, but he insisted that we could only take our food to go and couldn't sit inside the restaurant.

To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, it was missing fries and dipping sauce for the nuggets. When I pointed this out, the employee was visibly annoyed and rudely threw the sauce into my bag, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Overall, this experience was unacceptable. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the early closure without any communication was extremely frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent this from happening to other customers.
