Fries were cold. Didn't have my drink ready when I ordered the food on the app. The girl who attended the orders seemed like she didn't wanna be there. Bad day I guess but this was my most recent experience. Food was decent if you know any fast food chain it's a hit or miss anywhere so it is what it is.

We went there to try the shamrock shake at about 8 in the evening. The young lady took our order and a couple of other customers orders. I’ve then seen her leave the premises. There was no one left to handle the front counter. After about 15 minutes and multiple customers waiting with me, I asked if anybody was working the front counter and the two ladies that were handling the drive thru window looked for the girl that left. They didn’t know she left. That’s when I asked for my money back. One of the other customers waiting said they’ve been waiting a half hour for their food. This location is usually better than this.

The venue is on the smaller side and the parking lot can be challenging because of the high traffic from the other shops and restaurants nearby. The venue itself is clean and has kiosks, drive thru,and curbside so you can get in and out very fast. There is no Play Place at this location. The staff are very polite and efficient.

I should have gone with my gut when I saw the trash bins overflowing and trash on the floor that this McDonald’s experience was not going to be good. Food was ready quickly so no complaints there. But jeez the fries were terrible. They tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile. So disappointing considering I rarely eat at McDonalds and was looking forward to some fresh and hot fries. Food was lukewarm and just meh. This place is where you come to get the bare minimum in quality and customer service. Needed to use the restroom but decided to wait since I’m pretty sure they were disgusting based on how the rest of the place looked. Not returning ever to this location!

Terrible service. Some worker named Zoey smashed up my burger before she gave it to me. it was a waste of my money. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.
