Maybe tonight is an off night, but it's not an enjoyable experience. The food tastes good, but we're sitting right under the air conditioner, and it's freezing. They won't turn it down or move us. Also, the men's restroom smells of strong urine. Have to think about coming back. The one in Monrovia is much better.

Came back a second time because I was so pleasantly pleased the first time. They again presented a good tasting meal that I found quote satisfying. I tried the bento box with fresh salmon cooked just right. The service was both friendly and efficient.

We came for dinner. I found the music a touch too loud for my liking but I suppose they wanted it to be hip. My favorite thing that I ate was the eel, it was so tender. The sashimi boat was just okay, it only tasted slightly better than an ayce sushi place, and nowhere near as buttery and fresh as other restaurants. It wasn't tough but it also wasn't sweet. Uni tasted muddy instead of that creamy oceanic brine. Our waitress was very upbeat and attentive.

Holy moly, I don't know if we came at a great time, but the place was very busy and had a full house, and STILL, me and my family were seated rather quickly. The menu isn't as unique to basically all japanese restaurants in SoCal, BUT their quality is superb! I especially loved the Citrus Salmon sushi rolls. It's fresh, lemony, zesty, and totally good on its own. Price wise, it's not very budget friendly, but I intended to ball out, and Mikomi was such a great experience! I greatly appreciated the speed and attentiveness. Will definitely come back again!

Tasty sushi at a reasonable price! The portions are huge, and everything is super fresh. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make it a great spot for a casual meal. Plus, they have happy hours on weekdays with 30% off — such a great deal! Definitely coming back!
