Mikomi Sushi Alhambra

My experience was wonderful! The interior was nice and clean. The food was magnificent! I ordered the Washington Roll, Edamme, and the Tonkotsu ramen. I highly recommend these! I love how the servers checked on us occasionally, which others don’t. This makes it easier to give them some feedback. Highly recommend!

It was my first time dining at Mikomi and I enjoyed my experience! I arrived during the lunch hour Saturday and was able to easily find parking in the shared lot. Upon entering, we were immediately seated and offered edamame while browsing the menu. Mikomi offers a lunch menu daily with choices like bento boxes, noodles and sushi. We ordered the bento boxes and I thought the portions were great. Choices for the bento boxes included entrees, a choice of sushi and appetizers for additional prices (A + B + C is what the menu called it) I got the teriyaki beef, with the mixed tempura and spicy tuna roll (not pictured) The food was filling, the service was attentive and the environment was clean and modern. I would return for their lunch.

Huge mugs of iced green tea

The description stated Crab, but the roll was made with imitation crab. Couldn’t eat the whole roll that was over $20, but only got $5 credit from Uber. So disappointing.

I used to be a kitchen employee in our store. I was hurt and bullied by rude words from my Hispanic colleagues. The manager on duty did nothing, so I had no choice but to resign.

We were just walking figuring out what to eat around here and decided on Mikomi sushi. It was so fresh tasting ?. The staff was friendly attentive and not pushy. You'll need to ask for the check. It's a chill environment and overall an excellent place for some delicious sushi ??

The decorations here are awesome, full with the Christmas atmosphere. The room space is very spacious and cozy. There are plenty kinds of dishes here, such as sushi, ramen and fried stuff. There have lots flavor of sushi and there were great. The ramen flavor was rich and large. The soup was pretty nice but a little bit salty. We also ordered salmon & ikura donburi, the salmon is very fresh but it's a little expensive cause just have 5 pieces. Though the flavor is nice. Grilled chicken marinated in house special spicy sauce is very spicy but they have one bowl of rice with them. The quantity are very large. Overall, the experience here were very nice. A Japanese restaurant in Alhambra, the store is very spacious and decorated with Christmas decorations They are very atmospheric. There is a freshly cut sashimi bar and a variety of wine bars next to it. The atmosphere is very good and comfortable. There are many kinds of sushi dishes for about 15-20 yuan. The ramen soup is very rich and contains grilled chicken. Very crispy, the salmon rice is a bit expensive. There are only five pieces of sashimi in it, but it is quite fresh but not a big bowl. The bowl is 25.5 yuan. In addition, the grilled chicken is a bit too powdery and spicy, but it is very fragrant and goes well with the rice.The overall service quality is very good. The food is clean and fresh. It is suitable for gatherings and holidays.
