So I have ordered Takeout & Dined In before countless times due to the food and customer service being absolutely AMAZING & DELICIOUS! Each time I order, I'm never disappointed by the quality of the food. Also, packaging for takeout is perfect it never spills! I love this Ramen spot a lot and noticed I never wrote a review so it was time to do so. <3

I ordered the veggie Ramen from here for the first time. There was a really nice young man on the phone who answered and was quite kind and when I got there, my Ramen was ready took about 10 minutes. It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going back again.

This was my first time here, and the ramen was delicious. I enjoyed it, there were plenty of ramen noodles, and I appreciate it. I would definitely recommend it to others, and parking was easy. The customer service was nice.

I came here Monday January 15th, just after opening for dinner. Located in a small strip mall, right off the I-10 in Alhambra, California, this place is small and unassuming. The dining area is brightly lit; various sized tables are neatly arranged ranging from intimate seating for two and a long narrow dining counter fit for at least 8 people. At the back of the dining area is the cashier waiting below a bright backlit menu. The cashier was very friendly and professional and my table's orders were brought to us quickly. I ordered the carnitas ramen with a side karaage bowl and my company ordered the tonkotsu ramen and tempura shrimp omusubi. We shared a lychee lemonade. Our food was brought to our table by the server, piping hot and beautifully plated. The sides came out just seconds before the entrees, which is fine with me! The lychee lemonade was very enjoyable, with plenty of lychee flavor and not too sweet. There was a lychee decoratively placed in the cup. I honestly did not try the drink until I was done with my meal, because the food was so fresh and delicious. The shrimp omusubi is comprised of two large headless shrimp tempura, each wrapped in sticky rice and maki-zushi (seaweed wrap). The karaage serving was 3 pieces of dark meat on top of a bowl of rice. Had I eaten all the rice, the karaage bowl could have been a meal in itself and I could have saved the ramen for later. Both were acceptable, but the real star of the meal was the ramen. Both the tonkotsu ramen and the carnitas ramen have the same rich tonkotsu broth, and this one is competitive to my favorite at Shinsengumi Hakata Ramen in Gardena. However, it is notably different. This broth was thicker, dare I say richer, with a creamy consistency. The heat from the spicy miso in the carnitas ramen was spiced but not hot, which I appreciate. The real difference between the tonkotsu and the Carnitas Ramen came from the meat. The Carnitas ramen has flavor-filled chunks of carnitas pork that absorbed the broth nicely and were a great bite. The tonkotsu ramen had chashu and pork belly that was good, however after trying my carnitas my company agreed they preferred mine. The toppings, cilantro, lime and egg all worked together harmoniously and there was a really complex and balanced flavor profile of savory, buttery, and spiced. Also, I'm not the biggest on soft boiled eggs, but the eggs here are AMAZING and I see why you only get half of one. The texture is fabulous and they are highly addictive. Whatever they are marinaded in I need more of that. All in all, this was a great experience and I cannot wait to come back. My mouth is watering just thinking about the fabulous experience I had there. What would I change about my order? I want to try different sides, maybe the chashu fries or takoyaki, but the carnitas ramen will be a mainstay for me. If you are looking for delicious Japanese fusion with well-made authentic elements, this is the right place to go!

I recently dined at Nakazo Ramen again, and I must say it's a gem with excellent service. The honesty and true heart of guest service set it apart. During my visit, I ordered two carnitas ramen, added spam and shrimp Tempura for $4.00, and grabbed two Fiji waters, all just under $50.00 with tip included. What impressed me was their honesty; I missed the combo option for the tempura, but they took the initiative to apply the discount themselves. Nakazo Ramen consistently exceeds my expectations with great food and exceptional service.

I regularly come in here because the food is just that great. Doesn't matter the day or the time the front of house is always amazing and accommodating and the food is spectacular. I have tried everything except the kids ramen and have never been disappointed. This place is where I go to get my comfort food, it was the best decision to try them out.

Can't describe the tsunami of flavor this Ramen brings to your tongue. Very good service, and clean too.

It is my first time coming to eat here. I ordered the small pork chashu bowl. It was delicious. I do not recommend buying the minute maid lemonade with ice. I think it made my throat a little uncomfortable dry and sore. Maybe because of this weather and people around me being a bit sick. Something hot to drink would have been better. I really enjoyed the pork chashu bowl. It was size small and it was delightful and tasty. It is simple and great. I appreciate the service here.

Stopped on our road trip for a quick lunch and fell into Nakazo Ramen. Right off the freeway, literally, easy on easy back on freeway. I had the Chicken Charu rice bowl, presentation, taste, flavor profile were absolutely on point! Hubby ordered the Spicy Tonkatsu bowl. WOW! Flavor bomb explosion in every bite. Special: Spam Tempura Shrimp Masubi. Definitely don't pass this special up - again, amazing quality of shrimp along with presentation! If we lived closer, this definitely would be a daily stop! Thank you, Chef, amazing restaurant Spam MusubiTonkotsu Ramen
