Today I went to Panda. I love their food and I go to this location because they are always friendly and fast. But today I heard the manager Yang yelling at her team telling them that they were stupid. No one should ever talk to their coworkers like that. I hope Panda does something about it. It is not comfortable to go to a place like that.
I did a mobile order right before closing. I didn’t realize until I was walking in and saw the staff cleaning. I picked up my food and had the absolute best experience! The staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The food.. WOW. Best Panda I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the spot to go!
This is the third location that I have visited all with similar results. The chicken is either just cooked or overcooked and the chowmein was very dry. There was an employee shooing a man out the door several times despite him not being a pest and another employee used the same rag to wipe down the top of the trash receptacle and the trays.
