Panera makes mornings coffee run easy with their drink subscription. The kiosk is easy to use and fast. Atmosphere is generally relaxed. Panera bread often offer discounts on soups and bakery items. For breakfast- they usually offer Bagels for a $1 and treats for $2. There are regulars here even though it’s a chain.

This location is by my job, I go either before or after work, drive thru. They're sometimes quick, but as of late, I've sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes while they were getting an order for the car in front of me ready. Ridiculous. People have to get to work, the hostess apologized, but it seems to be the norm now. The food is fresh and delish, so its almost worth the wait. Have a person wait in one of your pick-up spots until their order is ready if its going to take longer. Overall, service is good.

Busy location! A lot of customers do not clean up after themselves; feels like the customer standards/水準 level are low. Encountered a customer playing videos out loud from their iPad or computers.

The quality and service is definitely lacking at this location. I am a frequent customer of the one located on Norwalk Blvd and this one is not up to the quality I've been accustomed. I ordered a Fuji apple salad with a baguette and a drink and a brownie. Once I got to my house I noticed the baguette was missing and the salad was a small salad and not a whole like I ordered. I'm not visiting this location again

So the place is clean and the atmosphere is good. Honestly, just upset with inflation and how this super small meal cost me almost $20. A half a sandwich a bowl of soup and an apple. And the bowl of soup was originally less than half full, and one of the workers here felt bad and gave me a little more soup. These prices are getting out of control for what you get.

This place is extremely racist. A black family was told to leave for lingering too long while the other white customers were allowed to stay. There was also a hijabi that had came into the restaurant before me, but yet She had to wait 15 minutes after I was served and she waited longer to get her order taken.

We both ordered their new asiago breakfast sandwich. It had no flavor. Then we realized that they forgot to put the garlic sauce on both of our sandwiches. They also forgot my iced mocha. Also they were out of pagers but you can’t complete your order without entering a pager number if you order on their machines. So you’re stuck because whomever designed the system never considered they would run out of pagers so there is no way to bypass that page.

Aside from the older lady that's at the front in the mornings, staff is very polite. The restroom is consistently unclean and sometimes there's a foul smell that comes out every time the doors are opened so I don't recommend sitting close to it.
