My wife had never had Papa John’s so I was excited to share it with her given that it’s probably the closest pizza place to our house. I made sure to order the pizza Well Done because I love a crispy pizza. Not only was the pizza not well done, but it might have been cooked to medium rare. It was mushy and had absolutely no texture, like they tried to do the opposite of well done. Unfortunately I’ll probably never suggest Papa John’s again, which is sad for everybody involved.

This review is specifically for whoever was working around dinner time (6pm) on Dec 30, 2024. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for the service and food we received today. The lady who greeted my brother and I at this location was so warm and pleasant, and when we got home, my entire family agreed that the pizza was surprisingly the best we've ever gotten from this location. You can tell a level of care was put into each pizza, and it wasn't just blindly thrown together (which we've gotten before). We don't know if it was the same lady that made the pizzas, but we wanted to acknowledge the food and service we received today. Honestly 6 out of 5 stars when you consider the price.

I had a problem with an order a while back and did not hear back from the company website. I've been reluctant to order but I called in today and spoke To Anna (Ana?) and she very quickly and professionally handled my issue and even sent me a free pizza! This is how a business is supposed to be run.....excellent customer service at the store level, corporate needs to wake up however.
