I had a problem with an order a while back and did not hear back from the company website. I've been reluctant to order but I called in today and spoke To Anna (Ana?) and she very quickly and professionally handled my issue and even sent me a free pizza! This is how a business is supposed to be run.....excellent customer service at the store level, corporate needs to wake up however.

5 STARS because they have great tasting pizza! They deliver within a descent time frame, the pizza always hits the spot, their garlic sauce with the crust edges make everything better, and their delivery workers get the pizza out to the customer hot and ready to eat. Thank you Papa Johns for always delivering! My first time trying Papa Johns was in Kingman Arizona, and man the pizza was delicious. So I definitely had to give it a few chances in my community and I have been impressed. Props to the late night team of two who I have seen when ordering carry out, the lady taking orders at the counters who is also making and packing the pizza with a good attitude and the older man who is constantly delivering the pizza and also has a great attitude. My family ordered 8 pizzas for delivery tonight and the service was fast, correct, hot and ready to eat pizza, and overall excellent. My family enjoyed a great pizza dinner.

They seriously make the best quick fast food pizza around. It's quick cheap and fast and it comes with garlic dipping sauce for your crust which is great!

We were in Alhambra, a place I am not too familiar with and my grandson insisted we stop at Papa Johns because he saw it on TV. Now, I told him we have been to others and it is not good. He said this one will be. He was starving. We went.There is nothing nice about this place. The parking is free is the nicest thing I can come up with.The place gets too dark with little outdoor lighting. The exterior is down right creepy.You walk in and the place is somewhat clean, but really, I was the only one there, can someone not get a broom.We ordered our pizza and waited and waited and in about 35 minutes they gave it to us.They were not friendly, they were not polite. There was no thank you. They did not even greet us when we came in. We went to the counter and finally someone spoke, "what do you want?"We took the pizza with us and when we opened the box it had somehow been shaken I guess, or maybe they dropped it, I know I did not and it was in pieces. The bottom of the box was dirty. It had these little fruit flies, not on the pizza, but on the bottom of the box. Gross.The pizza was disgusting. It was hot, however. It all went in the trash. I was worried we would get sick.Don't go here. It is the worst.You can buy the cheapest frozen pizza, cook it wrong, burn it and it would still be better. Just awful.
