Saturday night dinner at 7:30 pm wasn't a long wait. There was only one other party in front of us in line to order and there were still tables available for us to be seated after we ordered. We waited in line to order at the register, paid, and got seated with a number stand.
We got the jumbo beef pepper rice, sizzling curry with one meat (we chose beef for our meat), and a side of sweet potato wedges. The wedges were nice and thick and hot. Sorta can't go wrong with sweet potato! Our jumbo beef and sizzling curry complemented each other well. By itself, the sizzling curry with one meat doesn't have enough meat to keep you full or work with the ratio of rice and corn. The dishes also need more corn for the portion sizes. Since the jumbo beef had almost twice as much meat, we split the meat portions with the sizzling curry plate for the minimum amount of ideal meat portions. And adding the curry sauce to the jumbo beef jazzed up the taste of that dish too. We dusted off everything, so nothing to take home.
Parking can be found via street parking or structure parking off of Main Street.
A solid 3.5 stars meal, with a .5 star bump for the meal that sorta reminds me of Japan Yoshinoya.

I ordered the steak plate (it looked like a pan steak dish)
The flavor was fine, but the meat had quite a bit of tendon and fat, so it was a bit chewy and tough.
Other than that, everything else was decent, and it came out sizzling hot.
I didn’t try other dishes, so I can’t comment on those, but overall it was an okay experience.

Stopped by for lunch in Alhambra. The food was actually good, but just a heads-up: the photos online look quite different from what you actually get.
You’ll need to look at the menu, order and pay at the counter, then wait a long time for your food.
If you’re not in a rush, it’s worth a try, but don’t come starving

Sorry but Panda Express tastes better 10X!!! Only looks special coz food is served in a sizzling plate. I think it’s a waste of money. I’d rather go to nearby Shin Sen Gumi or Katsu Jin.

Went there last night 3/28/25 But it's closed "due to vermin infestation"
First time trying this place and didn’t know what to expect, personally I needed to add more salt to my plate but the curry I had was very flavorful. Everything was served pretty quickly and was really good!

The food is pretty good but the portion size is kinda not a lot. Even though it’s tasty I would want a bigger sized portion. The service here was good and food didn’t take long to come out. I do recommend coming here to at least try it because the taste is pretty good.

I will not recommend this place. Food is pretty tasteless. You need to add seasoning from the table to make it taste better. I ordered the beef bowl and the chicken karaage. The bowl is very oily, which some people might like, but I find it a little bit too much. Chicken was dry and barely has any flavor.

Very casual place. Friendly staff. Parking can be found in a structure behind the place
For the price, portions are on the smaller side. Menu pictures are very misleading like a lot of places. Lots of rice and minimal protein. See picture as I got the jumbo, but it looks like it’s barely any meat.
That being said, I think it’s delicious. I love the sizzling plate dishes, just wish they were more honest about the portions and what you pay for. The garlic and sweet sauces are flavorful, especially when you add it to the meat as it cooks.
I would come back again, but would pass on the jumbo as it’s essentially the same portion

Very small portion for the price. Ordered combo NY steak and salmon. 3 small strips of steak and a finger length salmon steak for $26. Rest are all frozen veggies on top of a hot skillet + a bowl of rice. Overpowering amount of sale and pepper.

Food was terrible! I ordered pepper chicken that didn't look nor taste like chicken. The entire meal was bland and a waste of money.
