Not sure what happened to this franchise, but a medium pizza with 1 topping costed me 17.50$ and when I asked for parmasan cheese and red peppers they said it was extra. Anyways the pizza wasn't very good...the amount of mushrooms was laughable and the pizza was cold...go to little cesars for less and tastier HOT pizza.

I was disappointed with the pizza on this visit. I ordered a large mushroom pizza and there was barely any mushroom on it. Several slices had only 2 slices of mushroom on it. I only ordered a one-topping pizza and expect that the pizza is covered with the topping I selected.

This is my first review in a long time but the customer service here was great. The manager in the front, Theresa, was very nice and quick with making and placing my order. The food was quite good the toppings were spread perfectly. Ordered the large with 3 toppings was very affordable and delicious. She was wearing a mask and wore gloves when servicing me and when bringing me my order. She even brought out the pizza to my car WITHOUT me asking. Was a very good experience and choice last night, thank you I will be back again.

I ordered delivery for 6pm. At 5:50 I got a text it was out for delivery. And then no other notifications. My husband went outside to check on our porch at 6:26 and it was there. I dont know how long it was out there but it was barely warm. Never got a text it was delivered. Horrible service.

This pizza hut location had horrible customer service, once I got home I notice hair in my box of pizza, I called to explain that I will be coming into the store for a new order, I got the location and no one had any remorse at all actually seemed to have very bad attitudes about the situation, I then receive a new order once I got home i was unable to eat it seemed to be rushed not fully prepared at all! I am completely unsatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!

It took 13 mins from placing the order to out for delivery. Isn't that a bit fast? The pizzas were separated by 2 and 3s. They taste flat and dry, as if it was heated in microwave. When I look at the slices, the thin bottom layer still appeared white, as if the flour was not cooked through. This is the worst experience I had ordering from Pizza Hut, it is also the last time

My onions and bell peppers were burnt, but otherwise, my pizza was great! Crust/dough were the perfect consistency and the cheese was really delicious, melted, and in a good portion.
