"security" employee stops me to see if my receipt shows an item in my cart. told him I don't even have the item he's talking about in my cart, so he looks again and says, I have to make sure this other item is on your receipt. I can't walk away since he's blocking my way. can we maybe give this 18yo a lesson in false arrest. im not required to show him anything, and since Target was so worried about said item; i returned it. asked for the "manager" and she was even less helpful with her "i dont knows" and "we dont do thats". if you ever get asked to show your receipt, WALK PAST THEM. why else would they check if not to make sure you were not stealing.

I am really ticked off about Target Alhambra's phone system, or lack thereof. On July 24th I purchased a $90 gift card and several other items. I took my own bags and as I was placing my purchased items in my bags I noticed that the cashier was already pushing the next customer's items next to mine. I was moving as fast as I could when she handed me my receipt and I took my eye off the gift card. When I got home guess what? No gift card! My wife and I both tried calling the store separately for about 15 minutes but could not get a "live person" to answer. I finally gave up and had to drive back to the store where of course I was accused of losing (or stealing) the card. I eventually had the first gift card cancelled and got a generic replacement card after talking to 4 or 5 different employees, which took about 30 minutes, not counting the round-trip drive. I told the young lady in Customer Service that their phone system was not working properly but she just said "Oh really?" Called again on July 25th and had the same problem. Target has got to fix this problem!!!

F*** this place!!!!! They were s*** before the virus and now they are Supreme Baby Diarrhea S**** I actually just saw them physically push a very pregnant woman to the ground because she was not exiting fast enough. And when I yelled at the employee they told me to "mind my own business!!!"

Target needs to pay their employees more for working during covid 19. I agree with that. Maybe if they did, the employees wouldn't be overworked and have time to adhere to social distancing rules and enforce it. I generally love Target but this location needs go step up their game in limiting guest entry into the store. Unless I'm arriving in the AM when store opens, each time I have gone inside there are no lines limiting guest entry to the store, causing it to be packed inside with people not really on their own accord, abiding by social distancing rules. People are grabbing carts on their own, not sure if handles are wiped down, and bumping into each other along the way. It's a hot mess each time I'm here whether its to quickly get items I need inside, or waiting in line for pick up. If you're waiting in line to check out there is usually someone monitoring distance and letting you know when you're up next. However there isn't someone doing that for the guest registry and online pick up line...causing people to cue up on their own - some will have a distance between, but most aren't, and the space in between generally isn't 6 feet. I know this cue is mostly because there is such a long line and it cuts across the entrance of the store. So having a staff monitor and coordinate this line or a different way of organizing this line would be helpful. Additionally, the store is packed inside each time I have gone, and I've gone at all hours! As in packed in the usual pre covid19 sense. The one thing everyone has right,, customers included, is mask wearing. Though What is the point of everyone wearing a mask if it will just be jammed inside? I know this review is mostly on customer behavior and not entirely the fault of employees. Target team leaders and managers at this location needs to implement better organization, coordination of limiting entry of customers in the store, lining up outside, and making sure everyone is adhering to social distancing guidelines to make it a safer experience for everyone. This will also help make employees happier too, ultimately annoying customers would not be getting on their nerves inside and they would also feel safe. So please Target Alhambra - step up your game like Costco is and make it a safer and more pleasant experience for all of us.

For a place with 2.5 stars, Target gets a huge chunk of my money, time, and during this Covid19 experience, they deserve so much more thanks. First off, their curbside pickup is efficient and a huge time saver. They may have been slammed with orders in the first few days of the quarantine but overall, they have the best response to social distancing. The staff are friendly and ever accommodating. My last experience was memorable because Chris the Cashier wiped the conveyor, keypad and counter before and after my checkout. I think this is overboard but they are taking the initiative to protect their customers. Great job. Don't believe me, refer to the mess happening over at Home Depot on Marengo. Save that for another review. Order online and pick up with their curbside service. Take some time to thank the employees for their great work during this difficult time. Keep on Yelping.

I went there just yesturday I understand with all this is going is diffcult for people....I asked one of the employees in electronics department if they had something I was looking for he gave me half hearted answer and said they sold the last one 20 mins ago so I asked can he show me where do they keep the item and he started getting on the radio acting as he was busy.....too turn out we walked to the shelf where the keep the item and to be hold there was five off Nintendo switch controllers I asked him for one once we got to the register he started talking to me as if I was one of his friends saying mybad G mybad doggie... I was just more upset that he just said oh we sold out with out even checking and or care to bother to look just assuming poor customer service his name was Jordan but anyways thanks Target

Stopped by today for a few necessities. Some rude guests complaint about the limit of items. Employees just doing their job, just want to say THANK YOU to everyone here working right now. I know it doesn't mean much but we appreciate you, sorry you have to deal with rude people. Thank you for upholding the item limits trying to ensure everyone is able to have enough of each item without hoarding it. Thank you!!!!! I didn't get the mans name but he was in the self service check out and was going down the line making sure customers were not taking pass the limit of items. Such a great man, sorry you dealt with a rude person with attitude, thank you again for working. Target please keep your employees safe and thank them for their hard work!

One of the worst Target's in the SGV. Bad customer service (both team members and management) and always out of stock on basic necessities. Messy, messy, messy. Tried the in store pick up, which took longer than if I would have walked around the store and shopped for each item individually, plus my order was incomplete (sorry nephews no Star Wars Lego's for you). Very deserving of their low ratings! If I could leave a zero star rating, I would!

Disappointed. Ordered prints online and received a confirmation that they were ready. Went in 3 days later and went to pick up at the customer service desk. The employees there were not helpful. I provided my info to the guy at the counter and he ran back to grab my prints. He came out a few minutes later empty handed and asked if I was sure that I ordered to the right store. I said yes and was gonna confirm the address--his response was "I don't know the address." Look it up! Anyhow, he was also the mobile order fulfiller, so he was running in and out and passed me off to someone else who couldn't find the prints. No reason. Just couldn't find them. So I asked if I could print from the Kodak kiosk. She said yes. Disaster. None of the kiosks work, the cables are fried and grimy, and when it looked like I was about to connect, the goddamn printer wasn't working. Terrible experience. Customer service needs a major refresher course on being a little more helpful.

It is one of the worst target stores. Customer service was not very thorough and helpful. Some did not understand what they had in the store. I have been going to this target for the last 15 years... since this is the closest. This may change and will have to go to another location or online.

This is for Target Pharmacy. The person who helped me out was ROMMALIE(with piercing on her nose).She spoke really fast as if i irritated her for coming and get my meds. After everything was done, she said the doc who was suppose to explain about my meds is on lunch, she wanted me to wait 15-20mins. But i need my meds. So i signed and agree with that option. Right when i was turning and walking away, she violently grab my med bag and toss it. Wtf !!! Thats not how you treat a customer. I didnt complained to you, i wasnt rude. What gives you the right to be such a b******* Go take it out else where. Very poor service! Go get a new job.
