I was discriminated against at this restaurant. Every table was given a small bowl of tapioca dessert, but ours was not. Even though the staff noticed, they chose to ignore it.
I’ve really liked this restaurant and have been dining here for a long time, but today’s experience was very disappointing. Because of the way we were treated, I won’t be coming back.

I was treated unfairly at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl of pho, but the accompanying vegetables were pitifully few, while the table next to me got a full plate. I also ordered the #119, and the amount of beef was ridiculously little. Coincidentally, the table next to me ordered the same dish and clearly received double the portion. Every table received a complimentary dessert, but ours didn’t.
I’ve been a loyal customer ever since moving to Alhambra in 2020, and I can see that the recent changes show the owner is making an effort to improve the restaurant. That’s why I wonder—does this kind of discriminatory treatment actually reflect the owner’s intent? Are food portions and service being decided based on a guest’s nationality, age, or body size? This was a terrible experience.

For many years, I patronized the San Gabriel location. I came here a couple of times before when it first opened, but I didn't think the food was on the same level as SG's.
Well, they've improved. For one thing, their broth isn't as salty as SG's, and they have the special beef rib pho I got over there.
I think the owners have prioritized aesthetics as well; they got a nice patio area outside.

Ate dinner here for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly, and my food came out so fast. Not to mention everything was delicious. They even give you a little complimentary pudding at the end of your meal. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Nice cozy spot. I love all the plants that surround the shop! The man who brought out our food was very friendly as well. I came here on a rainy day and ordered #84, and I quite enjoyed it. The egg roll was super crunchy and the pork was very tasty.

Asked the waiter if we could sit in the garden area where other patrons were eating, he aggressively lead us to the section, threw menus on a table and said, "sit where you want", then disappeared. We sat for 10 minutes then left disappointed.
