Went there for breakfast around 10am and it was nice and empty. Food came out fast and tasted good. Came with a lot of basil and cilantro. They have an extensive menu. Only downside is the parking directly behind the restaurant is limited to 5-6 spots. If it’s full you have to park in the parking garage

An Excellent Meal at Saigon Eden
My recent dining experience at Saigon Eden was absolutely fantastic, a true delight for the senses. Our group had a wonderful variety of dishes, each one more delicious than the last.
The star of the show, of course, was the phò. I had the phò tái, my godson ordered the phò tái chin, and my friend enjoyed a bowl of the phó dăc biêt. Each broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, a clear sign of authentic...
