Got my drink, thanked the server, "thank you sir"....and was called out in front of all the other customers because I did not use the correct pronoun......"I go by they or them"...I thought I was being polite, but was made to feel like a jerk by the empoyee....done with Starbucks.

Do not go to Starbucks at stores!! I don't know if they train the baristas correctly because every time I go to one in a store they make the refreshers watered down. The cup they use to shake the drink have the levels you need to make the drink and they never make it correctly. It's simple as a former employee of a Starbucks I'm always ticked off they never follow standard instructions but oh well..

(old writeup posting now): Someone just asked for a nitro. Starbucks is weird alternate reality where it's okay to pay $9 for the most popular drug in the world, in liquid form, and a piece of defrosted croissant with a piece of Nestlé chocolate in the middle. Either that, or it a lesson in branding, which can be described as taking a bag of sugar, putting a rainbow on the bag, calling it "unicorn dust" and selling it for $30.

First time in my life I got charged for Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup & Cream. Besides the taste of my drink not as usual. Really bad experience at this Statbucks.
Be mindful that Alhambra High School let’s the students out at 3:30 & Starbuck’s line could get pretty long!

I usually order my starbucks on their app. I'm giving it a 4 star because the quality is consistent every time I order for pick-up. My usual order is a hot americano and you can't really go wrong making that-- espresso + hot water! Ordering through the app saves me lots of time.
