I recently visited this Starbucks and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of a very skinny Hispanic male staff member. His dismissive attitude when I asked questions, for water, straws, etc. made the experience unpleasant. I hope this store's management addresses this employee's bad attitude towards customers to ensure better customer service in the future.

I walk in and ask for a cup ice water but the cashier say they don’t give water unless you purchase something . (The cashier was a white guy with blue eye) . This place is no good

I ask for the restrooms before I purchase something and she told that I have to buy something first to let me used the restroom, it was an emergency. They don’t let me used the restroom and Im a pregnant woman. Never coming to this Starbucks.

I bought three hot lattes to-go, and it turned out all three had 3-4 pumps of syrup added. I just want to ask, since when does a latte require so much syrup? Does a plain latte even need syrup? I only realized after looking at the receipt that adding syrup costs extra. For such a small profit, you’ve given your customers such a bad experience! I will never come back to this store. I might even reconsider whether I should continue reloading my Starbucks card.

The female cashier (Asian with tattoo) that took my order was very rude. She had a snarky attitude right from the start. I asked a question about the drinks and she gave one word answer. I shrugged it off. She moved to making the hot drink and I later noticed after I left that the drink was not the full cup.
