Update: I am aware they will remake it if asked, but that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for quick pickup when you donât have the time to wait. It shouldâve been made right the first time, but someone saw the chunks and decided to throw a cap on it anyway.

If I could leave no stars I would. This guy Eugene very disrespectful and rude this guy was shaking the drink in my face and saying hello acting like if I was a dog. This isnât my first bad encounter with this guy this guy needs to learn how to be respectful to all costumers unless he just has a problem with me. I confronted him about being rude and he completely ignored me guy needs to learn his lesson.Cant stand this guy.

We were visiting from Arizona and stopped at this Starbucks for coffee. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My husband received the wrong drink, and when he approached the pick-up counter to ask about it, the barista handing out orders snapped at him, saying she âonly hands out ordersâ and that he needed to speak with the cashier instead.
He was completely fine with doing that, but as he walked away, the barista began murmuring to a coworker, complaining about him simply asking for help. I usually try to be very understanding, even when mistakes happen, but her frustration toward a customer for politely asking about an incorrect order felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I tried to clarify by saying he was just looking for help, and she responded that she hadnât slept and wasnât the one making drinks. She continued expressing annoyance, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The manager didnât help the situation eitherâher attitude felt dismissive, and instead of apologizing, she simply said she âunderstoodâ and needed to know what drink had to be remade.
Everyone has tough days, and I truly empathize with that. But if an employee is having a bad day, it shouldnât be taken out on customers who might also be dealing with their own challenges. A little courtesy goes a long way.

It's standard as everyone I have been to, excellent service and you know what your getting will always taste the same. Generally, I like mom and pops stores but I will make this exception.
great visit at Starbucks! The staff was so kind and even offered me a free sample of their iced Pumpkin Spice Latte along with a pumpkin muffin. The latte was refreshing with the perfect mix of spices, while the muffin was soft, moist, and full of flavor. The combination was absolutely delicious and captured the cozy taste of fall in every bite. Iâll definitely be back for more!

Some workers are nice some are a not nice, depending on your luck and the shift that you would get. My opinion spot for avoiding hot temperatures outside. Except some rude employees a couple persons there, I just ignored them and I can be happy on my corner. They donât know that I brought many customers there at my meeting spot and we ordered many things many times.
