I just wanted to let managment know that orders from them on Uber Eats every time are wrong drink or wrong food. Item. One time they didn't put my food item in the paper pouch at all, . literally was nothing in there. Moreover, someone else's name was also written on the cup that was in the bag with a completely different drink than I ordered. This is highly inconsiderate, because someone might have food allergies to the mixed up drinks or food item, and it's not even considered. A customer might get really ill due to such lack of care. And no one will even take the fall for it.. or responibility, If they don't even care to put the right food items in the bag... Also, please don't reccomend me to contact support through email, person or phone because we all know that won't solve the issue.
Staff here is nice but I hate Starbucks as a corporate entity. Anti-union tactics, unethical sourcing, greedy CEO, the thousands of small business’ that they’ve shut down. On top of that, the coffee and food suck.
I don't reside in this area! I went to this establishment because I figured it would be a safe place for me to go to the restroom at. I'm not from this area. I explained to the clerk I drove from Orange County to drop off at the Rose Bowl. All I wanted to do was use the bathroom. I couldn't even hold my bladder anymore. The clerk refused to allow me to use the restroom without buying first and insisted for me to go to Kohl's and go all the way up to the 3rd floor. This is one of the reasons why I do not patronize Starbucks because I could have made a purchase after I've gone to the restroom. The customer service is beyond ridiculous. My commute was almost 2 hours down to the Rose Bowl and it's going to take me over an hour to return to OC. That's fine you guys have a policy, but have some type of compassion. You couldn't even allow me to use the restroom without kicking me out. I'm so glad I didn't bother to purchase a cup of ice or fruit. You guys don't even deserve a star! I was providing a service just as much as you guys are supposed to. Customer service and building rapport goes a long way.

Victoria stated she is the manager at this location. She gave a very bad service; she gave attitude and rolled her eyes as she attended us and said if u don’t like it don’t come back. Very unprofessional….People like this should be working providing customer service if they don’t like their job…

When i deliver orders the drinks aren't secure in the bag and spill. Instead of fixing the issue in store employee said call the district office leave a complaint.

I ordered(take out) a chocolate croissant and was given a butter croissant instead. It was a bit disappointing since I was really looking forward to the chocolate one. Hopefully, more attention can be given to orders in the future.

I’ll call this branch “the Bathroom Brigade” because the Starbucks employees and their management team act like they’re competing for the top defensive team on the NFL. Being paid barely minimum wage and defending this policy is crazy work.
I placed an order in the late morning before work as I usually would and came back around noon. I got denied bathroom access because it’s for “current paying customers only”. Apparently being a “paying customer” has a limit of up to 2 hours. The bathroom policy has no consideration to people with invisible disabilities or pregnant women. Big yikes.
