I go to school across the street I've only been here a couple of times had to go to the bathroom before I got on the freeway. I saw the sign in the door saying short-staffed closing at 9. What is going on with Starbucks you guys have too many locations and not enough employees. Only saw 1 person in there working like crazy felt really bad for her, you guys need to do better. Get the proper staff and please.

I am the only one in this Starbucks so I’m sitting there waiting for this lady to take my order, finally she does. I wait 10 mins for a chamomile tea.. a super easy order. I noticed they were only making mobile orders so I walk up and they have no idea that I even had an order. So I was waiting for 10+ mins for no reason. The lady who took my order is right there but won’t say anything. Not even an apology for the fact that she messed up my order or didn’t even place it in the first place. If you guys focused on your customers more than socializing with eachother this wouldn’t have happened. Be more professional.

Busy place at a convenient location so come with lots of foot and drive-through traffics. But I just wish if the coffee could be as strong as the one at Golden Latern, sometimes their drinks a bit water down imo

This place has gotten rude. The employees handing out drinks will line everything up, let the drink sit there and then call out names after all the drinks have been sitting there instead of calling them out as they are ready. So I watched my drink sitting there for a few minutes and it was sitting on their counter without being called out. So I grabbed it and WHOAH, not one but three of the employees shouted out DON'T REACH OVER AND GRAB THE DRINK, one after another. I didn't react so they had to keep going ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! they shouted.
Suffice it to say this was a huge overreaction to what people probably do common sensibly all the time. I guess they're fighting to put a stop to this lol. I think they've gotten too busy to handle all the stressful situations they are warring with. Anyhow, I'm tired of the burnt coffee, I'll drive a little further for good coffee and calm folk.

No problems with service and staff, but want to update in case anyone read the prior review re "plenty of seating and outlets." This is no longer true- this location has NO OUTLETS and minimal indoor seating.
Good place to get a mobile order or sit outside, but that's it.

I will never understand why it’s so hard to make a cup of coffee. My order is always the same. Large cup of coffee with creamer. Yet somehow it always takes for ever. Everyone else who comes in after me gets their sentence long drinks before me.
This Starbucks is always super clean and the line moves at rapid speed.

Disappointed, I have gone to this Starbucks twice but will never go again. Both times the employees closed the restroom due to “cleaning”. Both times I bought coffee and a pastry and stayed to do work in my laptop. This last time they told me no because they had just done a “deep cleaning”. The employee told me to go to another place like Jamba or wild wings. Seems like this Starbucks does not want people to stay and work, study, talk because they do not want customers to use their restroom. Never experienced this at a Starbucks.
