Victoria stated she is the manager at this location. She gave a very bad service; she gave attitude and rolled her eyes as she attended us and said if u don’t like it don’t come back. Very unprofessional….People like this should be working providing customer service if they don’t like their job…

I ordered(take out) a chocolate croissant and was given a butter croissant instead. It was a bit disappointing since I was really looking forward to the chocolate one. Hopefully, more attention can be given to orders in the future.

I’ll call this branch “the Bathroom Brigade” because the Starbucks employees and their management team act like they’re competing for the top defensive team on the NFL. Being paid barely minimum wage and defending this policy is crazy work.

I placed an order in the late morning before work as I usually would and came back around noon. I got denied bathroom access because it’s for “current paying customers only”. Apparently being a “paying customer” has a limit of up to 2 hours. The bathroom policy has no consideration to people with invisible disabilities or pregnant women. Big yikes.

I had 3 drinks in my order with breakfast sandwiches. Asked for a drink carrier and was told they were out of full ones and only had carriers that are cut in half and got an eye roll and attitude just for asking. How about not cut 1 in half and give it to me? Rudest experience from the staff that I have ever encountered here. Btw half carriers fold in the middle and DO NOT work when climbing stairs

She brought a very positive energy and warm attitude that immediately set a welcoming tone.
I was greeted with a smile and genuine kindness, which made the experience truly pleasant.
Thanks to her, I’ll definitely return to this location. This was one of those moments when great service feels more than just business – it feels like real human connection.

I go to school across the street I've only been here a couple of times had to go to the bathroom before I got on the freeway. I saw the sign in the door saying short-staffed closing at 9. What is going on with Starbucks you guys have too many locations and not enough employees. Only saw 1 person in there working like crazy felt really bad for her, you guys need to do better. Get the proper staff and please.

On my way to work I ordered a Carmel macch upside down. .today when finally got to sip my coffee it's taste like ice and dirty water. No expeesso or syrup. So disappointed especially since i order from starbucks daily

I am the only one in this Starbucks so I’m sitting there waiting for this lady to take my order, finally she does. I wait 10 mins for a chamomile tea.. a super easy order. I noticed they were only making mobile orders so I walk up and they have no idea that I even had an order. So I was waiting for 10+ mins for no reason. The lady who took my order is right there but won’t say anything. Not even an apology for the fact that she messed up my order or didn’t even place it in the first place. If you guys focused on your customers more than socializing with eachother this wouldn’t have happened. Be more professional.
