if i could give this place zero stars i would. The girl that made my sandwich had no interest in being at work and had no interest in even trying to make me a decent sandwich. I got two foot longs and she split the loafs in half horribly. the bread ended up breaking in half while i was eating it. All she needs is a little more effort. A job is a job. Also i keep saying she because she had no name tag, pretty unprofessional from subway.

Didn't eat here but came in and was about to order while waiting for a tow truck to come pick up me and my sisters. The three of us were racially verbally attacked by two other patrons after we were minding our own business and the girls behind the counter did absolutely nothing. Didnt tell them to leave, didnt threaten to call the police and of course the manager wasn't in. It would have been in your best interest to intervene without making it obvious instead of hiding in the back.

I have been going to this restaurant for a while (maybe little over a year). I've had no complaints and the employees haven't given me any problems. I have had 5/5 star happiness with this place during that time...but now that changes. Then there's today. I went to the subway with my girlfriend and was waiting at a table for her to finish ordering and paying. As I wait I notice a fly moving on the table....nothing crazy it happens, then I see another fly.....hmmmm that's two in a row.....then finally as I noticed it I see a bunch of flies on the ground. The flies on top of the dirty floor didn't make me feel happy here at all and my gf finally pointed out the flies all over the area of the subway ingrediants (on top of the glass that protects the ingrediants) and the chips. As soon as we paid for it we realized this didn't sit well with us and we decided to get a refund. So as we head toward the subway door we see on the side hundreds of flies surrounding the left side of the door. They seemed attracted to something and this explained why all the flies are inside the restaurant. We definitely wanted that refund. We tried to ask why the area of flies hasn't been cleaned up and the employee said the manager asked someone to clean up the mess. Then another employee explained that this happens every summer.......and I looked in shock. So what is being done about this? Clearly if it happens more than once...every summer and the flies are all over the restaurant then how can this place be sanitary? Sure the ingredients were covered but what about the soda machine? This place is also an eat in restaurant and I'm pretty sure the moment you eat food out of its wrapped paper the sight of flies is gonna make you question how appropriate it is to eat here. My concern is why the manager has let the restaurant function if this is fly problem isn't dealt with. I'm glad we got our refund and that was the end of that but for any future customers this seems a little unsanitary and dangerous.
