Walked in to this Sun Donuts location on Valley Blvd/ Fremont Ave. Asian lady welcomed me on entrance and had a pretty smile, I just felt bad because I woke up that morning losing my voice and cold barely talk. Donuts were great. Not Uncle Joe's or Rose Donuts, but we're right up there with the best of the best if I may say? FYI folks, for me to include any business to the best.....they have to good and be respected because that's how I roll. So the moral of my story is to get out and try other places and visit different spots to explore your taste buds for they (Your taste buds) will thank you for your hospitality. Was staying in Alhambra for about a week on vacation. My mom had picked up some donuts one morning and I just had to go back in and grab their iced coffee to finish off the delish donuts!Every morning while we stayed it was so good, there’s nobody else I had rather go than get their iced coffee in the morning to get me going. They open early so which was nice and every time you go in, everyone in there is super friendly! Even all the customers were more than happy waiting in line during the busy hours. Seemed like a great place to have a relaxing happy morning.On my last day I decided to get a box of donuts to bring back with me to Canada so my boyfriend could try their delectable donuts, opened the box and Kim the owner had threw in some free holes as well! She was super sweet everyday I came in and as well as all the staff. The donuts made it back all in one piece and I’ve never tried a Bear claw before and it was absolutely delicious. I think it’s a Cali donut or maybe American thing?So overall, SOFTEST, not dry donuts I’ve ever had. Better than Krispy Kreme and Tim Hortons. So if you’re in the area, please try this local mom and pop shop. Highly recommend!

If you pay with card they will steal money from you. Went in on a Sunday morning, got a dozen donuts plus an apple fritter. The guy told me $14.50 and I was like wow that's a good price. He types it in on the white tablet they have for cards, I give him my card, he asks if I wanted my receipt and I say no. Later I go on my banking app to check and the guy ends up charging me double, $28.25 when he directly told me $14.50. If anyone goes just pay with cash, so they won't steal from you.

Favorite donut shop around, I drive trucks and it's always open when I'm at my last stop, very cheap pricing and amazing food & quality! The breakfast croissants & tuna with bacon are my go to!

I go there frequently to purchase for our staff, best, freshest donuts always!! And there is always plentiful. Staff there is very prompt and courteous.
I had the #19, which consisted of ham, egg, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato and avocado in a croissant sandwich which was under 5$!!!!It was Definitely worth the money! :D You can tell everything made here is fresh and cooked with love! My server (I think he might of been the owner) David was very kind and you can tell he really cares about all of his customers. It seems like the regulars here know each-other and even though it was my first time they would even talk to me as well. :') I had a great time and they all made me feel welcomed. I'm glad I checked out this hidden gem because now I can take my girlfriend over here because I know she will love it! I also tried the coffee and it was pretty good! I had the medium and it was less than 2$. The ambiance in this restaurant is very calming and beautiful in its own unique way. I hope more people try out this place and I look forward to coming in the future with my girlfriend.

One of the best mom and pop donut shops you could ever find. Food and sandwiches are always exquisite, and their freshly made juices are always so refreshing. Their menu is SURPRISINGLY expansive, about as long and varied as a restaurants. Their breakfast sandwiches never fail and the service is always pleasant. This is the type of place that immediately turns a customer into a regular.
