Went for a late night dinner. The food was cold. There were no cars in the drive thru. The chalupa i ordered was stale and cold. The other person i was with got a box and the food was also cold. Won't be going back to this location.

Really bad customer service. I ordered to go and been waiting for over 20 minutes for them to call my name or number. I guess I have to go myself to the clunter and ask for my order.

Service is bad. My son and I went here after waiting in line at McDonald's and received no service. What's with these restaurants? No counter staff. We decided to leave.

Extremely poor customer service at this location due to the on site manager. Waited for 15 mins at the front counter, before anyone came and asked us if we needed help. The two customers behind me even left and said this is ridiculous as well as we both watched the manager walk past a line of 4 that hasn't been helped at all. After he was done with the bathroom he just walked past us all again and didn't attempt to help any customers. My food was sitting there the entire time I was in line, but no one came to help any of us, and now my food is cold because of poor training.

I got 2 bean and cheese burritos and a quesadilla with a drink Total $18 and change such a rip off. The prices have literally doubled ove the last few years and the quality got worse.

Ask me what type of dipping sauce to not put it in the bag. Paid $17.55 do I not deserve my dipping sauce. Chicken nuggets look all refried. I can dig in the trash refrie them myself and have better.

I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats, and the app notified me that my food was ready. However, when I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes with no update or assistance. Eventually, I had to leave without receiving my order. I requested a refund, but Uber Eats declined, despite the issue being on their end. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with their support. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.

I love Taco Bell. Ordered online for a drive thru pickup. Arrived, pulled into the DT lane, gave them my name, then had to wait behind another car for ~5 mins. No biggie at all. The window attendant was so chill - apologetic, super polite, and professional. Found a free package of cinnamon twists in order. Yay! I love love love Taco Bell!

I was getting groceries at Albertsons next door so I decided to do a pickup order for this taco bell. I made the order for a drive through pickup but when I got there the drive through was packed and the inside was fairly empty. I decided to just go inside for pickup since the order still showed it being made on the app so i waited. At the 20 minute mark from the time my confirmation email was received I decided to let them know I was inside and waiting on my order. I waited at the counter and was ignored by Mini which is the name I was eventually given by the manager. 5 minutes goes by and I get her attention and tell her I ordered for drive through pickup and wanted to see if it was ready. She acts like she's going to check but doesn't come back for another 5 minutes. Now the order has been processed 30 minutes ago so I ask what's going on. She gives me an attitude and says it will be out soon. More people are coming in ordering and getting their food. A different lady comes out and says it's because I didn't check in which is did. She rushes in the back but now more than 5 minutes pass. A younger employee comes to the front and is filling the bike with sauce packets. I ask to speak to a manager. We are past 40 minutes at this point. The second lady i talked to comes out again. I ask her why in the world is it taking 40 minutes to make 12 tacos and why everyone in the restaurant came in after me and already sitting and eating. She said it was no excuse. I showed her my order again and she proceeds to try and give me the wrong order. They didn't even know what order they were supposed to be making even though I showed them multiple times. There needs to be some kind of retraining or something done at this location. By the time I get my food of course it's cold and soggy.

Went in because I was having a difficult time placing my order online and Shoshana was beyond helpful very welcoming and knowledgeable. Which usually customers service isn't very helpful glad that today was different able to go home and enjoy my food.

Staff were laughing loudly, gossiping, and texting on their phones. Everyone who didn’t order through the drive though would have to wait at least 20 minutes to get their order. I waited about 30 and my order wasn’t even complete. I didn’t get both my Crunchwraps and my cinnamon twists were missing. I’d stay away from this taco bell.
