This place never feels clean always feels sticky everywhere, they don't take card , and customer service super sucks, hours are wrong on their site and just generally don't really like it here. I think the drink was decent tho so you get 2 stars

The day the 4 of us visited on a recent Sunday there was a sign that reads No Boba and Cash Only. geez, really? We got the Cheezo Grape, Mt Green Tea with cheese foam, Milk Tea with Red Bean and a Taro with Egg pudding. The taro was fresh however they did not add that much, after a few sips I was only drinking PLAIN and egg pudding. My husband enjoyed the Cheezo grape at first because it was refreshing, however later he was on the toilet for a long time. Not sure if the grapes were not fresh or what. Will not be visiting again.

Horrible customer service! When you walk in you are overwhelmed with the smell of bleach and I thought the place was closed because of the lighting and there was no one in there. I walked up to the cashier and ordered a oolong tea with cheese foam and a black tea with boba and she asks, "black tea?" Like it was the weirdest thing to order? Maybe because everyone orders a milk tea? When our drinks came out I was handed a milk tea with cheese foam and I said To her, "I don't think this Is right, it doesn't look like this in the photo reviews." She says, "you only want tea?" Again with that slight attitude. Like who orders that?! My husband replied, "With cheese foam." It was quite bizarre that she messed up on my drink but never acknowledged that. Would not recommend this place. My husband wanted to go to boba avenue 8090 but I chose this place. Never again! Been to other tan cha's and it was fine. Btw don't get the roasted oolong, doesn't taste like oolong. Go to A plus for that!

Came here on a Sunday and they don't have seating inside. But drinks are good. Located in downtown alhambra. Great place to hang out after lunch or dinner. Walking distance from pepper lunch.

Customer service is lacking. I came in on a Sunday afternoon with two employees working but I wasn't acknowledged nor was I greeted. They made several drinks before one of them finally took my order. I decided on the roasted oolong tea with cheese foam and I'm baffled....I've had cheese foam teas from other tea shops that tasted like fluffy sweetened cream cheese. The cheese foam here tastes like sour cream. Like literally the kind you put in tacos. I hate being wasteful but I had to throw it away. It certainly wasn't drinkable. I definitely won't be coming back.

I went to check this place out the other night as we loved the k-town location. Upon entering the shop, we were unwelcomed by this rotting bleach smell (if that is even a scent, but it was horrible despite wearing a mask and especially for a place that serves food & beverage.) Anyway, we were the only customers in the store at that time and there was no one at the counter when we entered. We stood in front of the counter, and could see the worker in the back washing stuff so we waited. After like 2-3 minutes he finally walks up the counter but was looking down on his phone without saying hi or anything. I finally looked at my husband and said, "so are you ready to order?" The worker finally looks up, (still not saying anything) and I say my order. He goes "oh we don't have that..." I said okay, then my husband tries to place his order, to which he says "... we don't have that either" My husband and I look at each other -- finally realizing that it was a sign that it just wasn't meant to be that night. So I finally say, "I'm good then." And my husband says the same thing and we both walk out of the store. The worker goes back on his phone and walks to the back area. So all in all, a negative 0/5 experience!

Terrible experience! I ordered high mountain green tea with cheese. The cheese foam tasted SOUR!!!!! It definitely expired which tasted funny and different from my previous orders at the Arcadia site. I ordered two drinks and expected to enjoy them with my family when I got home, but... disappointed!! Hopefully the quality of the drinks can be improved.
I came here for a fruit tea after having a nice teppan meal next door. The ambiance was pretty nice and casual--I liked their decor. I ordered the Super Fruit Tea and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and provided a great refreshment that was much needed after eating a heavy meal with lots of meat. After drinking the tea, I ate the fruit (watermelon and orange) and it was a perfect little dessert!

Very good, but I could tell the workers at my visit had their hands full with having to take down orders by hand for some reason. Took a while, but given how busy it was with only 2 workers I don't blame them! Drinks were delicious.

Love their Royal Ceylon Milk Tea with Tiramisu Puff Cream here! It's so creamy and has the perfect balance of real tea flavor. The tiramisu cream isn't too strong and compliments the tea well. I haven't tried any of the other drinks, but would definitely recommend coming here just for this one!
