I love this place. The pots are good and excellent service. Come at least once a week if not twice. My favorite is beef medium with Vermicelli and black tea. ?Parking: Free public parking structure behind the restaurant. Only down size is 99% of the time the elevator is out of service. ?

This is my 2nd time dining here. To be honest I only came here because I knew there is no line during rush hour. It's a back up choice for me if BP is busy and I don't want to wait. The food here is fine but it's not as tasty as BP in my opinion. Doesn't mean it's bad. It's just my preference. The soup is on the sweeter side for me. I was surprised they served hot water in a plastic cup. Pretty sure that's not safe. Friendly staffs although it seems understaffed here. Parking: street or parking lot in the back.

The food is good. Nothing fantastic, just well. But, the soup was boiling the entire time until it was consumed. I couldn't eat anything because it was burning. It would be great if they lowered the intensity of the flame a little.

Save your time and money and go to the other chain. Bland flavors and inattentive service. My pot never boiled, not until the flame died down. We let the waitress know and they didn't care and did nothing other than adjusting the valve a little which did nothing at all. And they took back the bill and came back with a 18% service charge added to the bill after we complained again about the equipment malfunction. I thought they were going to give a discount or something! Very sneaky!

What we ordered:- (3) beef hot soup mild/spicy with rice and vermicelli Overall I think this place is good but not amazing. I do like the fact that their soup is "lighter" compared to some places. The toppings are pretty decent. The service was okay but they are really short-staffed (there were only 2 servers when we came). They have a big spot so there are enough tables and space for big party.

We order pots with lobster and crab but we do not know where to put the left over shells. The only way I can think of is to put those on the napkins. I hope they could provide plates to hold the shells. One more suggestion: It would be nice to provide the customer with plastic gloves to peel off the shells instead of using bare hands.

Nice flavor! Authentic Taiwanese flavor. We ordered the Taiwanese spicy pot. They are plenty kinds of vegetables and meat. The pot stock is good. And the volume is big. Also we ordered the fried popcorn chicken. It's crispy and tender. Good dining experience.Very authentic Taiwanese hot pot. The pot is also very unique and has many kinds of flavors.Taiwanese spicy hot pot has tofu and rice blood soup. The soup is moderately salty and the portion is large and delicious. The beef shacha hot pot is also very fragrant. The alcohol fuel of the pot is wrapped in the bottom, which is quite unique and safe. The overall dining environment is very spacious and comfortableI also ordered the salty crispy chicken. The portion is large and the skin is crispy. The meat is tender and delicious. If you miss Taiwanese hot pot, I highly recommend giving it a try.

There are a lot of ingredients in the small hotpot for lunch, and it's still hot at the end of the meal. There was only one waiter, and it took a long time to ask for soup, which affected the service quality. The dining environment is spacious and clean. I will definitely come back to eat there again!Parking: You need to Google for parking in this area before going there, otherwise you will spend a lot of time looking for a parking space.

Lamb hot pot had dry meat but the soup was very flavorful and had a lot of tasty ingredients. I recommend getting the beef hot pot. The meat is much more tender.Service is quick! Order from your phone and get it to your table.Large restaurant, clean, and easy to get a table even on a Friday night.Parking is a bit challenging in the lot next door.

Excellent customer service and the food is great, but manager please hire more waitress. A lot of clients (more of 30 clients) only for 2 waitress. It is too much for them. They are doing an excellent job, but it is too much for them. Please have consideration for your employees. ?

Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it was pretty empty. The service was just OK. The 2 servers were just standing at the counter looking at their phones. I had to call them over to place my order. The menu is very similar to Boiling Point. Tastes were just a bit lacking compared to Boiling Point. The rice vermicelli used was overly mushy and it fell apart in the broth after only a few minutes.

I go to this franchise regularly. It's great to be able to eat an individually hotpot. The prices are reasonable n the service is always good.

Came here for lunch, their portions size is huge. Not only that the food is delicious and there’s a flame under the pot that keeps your food hot while you eat.

I had only tried Tasty Pot in the Bay Area. This was the first location I tried in SoCal. It tastes as good as I remember. We came here a little after they opened on a Sunday. There were plenty of seats open. When we were done eating an hour later, the restaurant was almost full. We also tried their popcorn chicken. It was tasty! Also lunch comes with a free iced black tea or green tea :)

Came in on a Monday lunch and there was no wait, there was a few other parties only. Spacious area and there is a sauce bar near the front. I wish there was a little more options, but to me it still had all the necessities I needed for my sauce. Also I think it's 15% off Monday - Thursday so that was a pleasant surprise!Popcorn Chicken - I read some reviews and many people liked this so I decided to try it! I loved the breading! Exactly what I want from popcorn chicken. Smaller/flatter pieces which I enjoy more for a crunch. 8.1/10Supreme Thai - was craving hotpot and I would say this hit the spot. It was heavy in cabbage. Had a little enoki mushroom (would've liked a little more). Good amount of meat. Overall it was a lot of food and I couldn't finish so it was good enough for me! 7.7/10
