This place pretty much has it all from snacks, drinks, ramen, and rice plates. They offer French fries, popcorn chicken, Kung pao chicken, teas, Boba slushies with egg pudding, caramel and black sugar varieties, and aloe vera bits. I was very surprised at the variety they offered. They offer points for purchases. After about $40 of purchasing, they offered $6.50 of free food the next time I came.

I went there on a sunday evening with a friend. There was ample parking. It wasn't crowded. We ordered a Dirty Latte and a Red Bean Teaser. The latte has a bit of sugar in it to my surprise. But it was good. The place has a lot of seats.

This location doesn't seem to be a Ten Ren location anymore, although you will see the interior decor and products being sold with the same Ten Ren settings.The Ten Ren menu is also no longer available, as whoever took over this establishment only is serving drinks.Gone are the varieties, and availability that Ten Ren locations once supported. Basic menu items only include a Black or Oolong tea under their milk tea portion. Flavored teas are also available but with limitations. Sweetness level choices are also not available.Overall, the quality and details are gone by the wayside. Pricing is above average for the quality they are now serving.

Authentic Taiwanese foods and dishes. Plenty kinds of foods here such as hot pot, spicy wonton, popcorn chicken and tempura. You can order a drink here and sit here all day. Nice place to catch up and eat. Fried foods are delicious and fresh hot. You can order a lot of authentic Taiwanese dim sum and food here, including beef noodles, hot pot, salty crispy chicken, various drinks, etc. There are so many varieties that you won’t get tired of them ❤️

I ordered the braised pork egg on rice. It tasted good but the rice was kinda hard. If they cook the rice softer then it'll be perfect. If you dine in, you have scan a QR code to order. It's my first time doing that. I rather have a human take my order.

You get 1 less star for not valuing honest customer feedback.Food is good but expensive, I wish it came with more; to be fair, it's one of the few good milk tea places that also has real good food.Nice place to relax.Usually quite cold inside.Some electrical outlets available near the kitchen tables.Nice place to study in my opinion.Option to order from the table using the app.Lots of seats available here.Cute customers sometimes come here :)Overall:I recommend this place.
Megan and Christian were super patient and helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a boba shop, hands dooown. Drinks are also really yum here and they do a great job with the sugar levels too.

?!! The Boba drink is so Gooooood! I had the Carmel Milk Icee Boba with pudding. Super Fast and Friendly service. I love how they have a rewards card. They also had a place to order food. I just got the boba, next time will come back and try other items .
