I noticed a few problems here! The first one they have the cashier that handles money, and also they send her to clean the restroom. Then finishes bagging your food. She still puts her hands inside your bag gets your burger and puts them inside the bag. I didn't even see her wash her hands. If the manager s are going to have the cashier doing these unsanitary task they shouldn't have her touch any part of our food

My first unfortunate experience at Habit Burger. I ordered a double char but it was missing a patty. My wife also thought her double Char was missing her patty. We immediately brought the burgers up to the counter and the manager put her finger in my wife’s burger. Then questioned whether I was telling the truth about my burger. I showed proof to her that there was only one patty. She didn’t say sorry for the error. She just grabbed it and took it back to the cooks. I waited between 5-8 minutes before they handed me my burger back. Again, no apologies for the extra wait or the error, just, “sir here’s your double char.” Very disappointing. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience on them that my burger was made incorrectly.

I will not visit this store again. Ordered two onion rings and they shrank the size of the ranch dressing, and since it's only half-filled, it was not enough and I had to give up my ranch dressing so that my wife could fully enjoy hers. The store's effort to charge customer for extra sauce/dressing is resulting in no more business from us. I will leave 1-star reviews on all sites. This is totally BS.
Update - I saw Habitburger's response. How can you improve? Give us larger portions of dressing/sauce and not charge customers. You have already increased item pricing by 40% in the past 2 years, don't nickle and dime us on these little things.
