This bakery was doing free, Easter cookie decorating kits for the kids. The presentation for the kids was really above and beyond but the real gem was the gentleman behind the counter. He was super nice and interacted with the kids in a really great way. I can’t wait to come back here again.

They were friendly and helpful when I asked if they made smash cakes for a first birthday. They walked me through the process and even offered to do a "less sugar" cake for the baby. The result was a beautiful cake that looked great in pictures and it was delicious too! The cake was light and the whipped cream frosting was so fluffy. This has convinced me that every cake should be less sugar with whipped cream :) It was so tasty without being overly heavy. I can't wait to get my next custom cake from them.

I pride myself on being a Carrot cake connoisseur. I tell you, this is the best Carrot cake I have ever had!! They make more than carrot cake, but I have only had the carrot cake. It is moist and rich, and the cream cheese icing is amazing, just the right amount of sweet. The best part is that they make a VEGAN version that will make you smack your mamma!Oh! Cupcakes and con Leche!A friend told me about this place and I hug her every time I see her. Thank you Shredded Carrot guys!! 10stars!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon. I was kindly greeted by a lady who helped me decide on a carrot cake, a slice of tres leche carrot cake, and a a pineapple banana bread loaf. The carrot cake was average. I did like how they had the nuts on the outside of the cake and inside and it wasn't overly sweet. The bread loaf was moist and had a nice flavor. My favorite was the tres leche carrot cake. This place is located on a main street, so you will need to find street parking.

First off, loved the interaction I had with Rob. He was super friendly and put me on to the tres leches variant of the carrot cake. Carrot cake was great, kinda wish there was more icing in between the layers. The Tres Leches Carrot Cake was phenomenal. Highly recommend if you like a moist cake. YUM.

Amazing experience with the owner S. and the entire team here at the Shedded Carrot. I had a few specific requests for my son's 7th birthday party ordering 60 cake pops and an individual 6 inch cake. S. was very accommodating with these requests and the overall experience was one of the most memorable I have ever had. 6 stars!!!

Called in to see if they had any whole carrot cakes for the day a couple weeks ago and the person who helped me was very patient with me - I had to call him back a couple times because the order wasn't for me but nevertheless we got it all squared away!I order an 8" carrot cake and half a dozen chocolate cupcakes. The carrot cake itself was delicious! The frosting was a bit sweet but I think that's just personal preference.I would recommend the carrot cake but I'd skip the cupcakes, they weren't anything to rave about imo.
