As someone from Guangdong, there’s a special kind of feeling when it comes to having morning dim sum.
This morning, I made a point to visit a well-known, long-established dim sum restaurant here in Los Angeles. Before 10 a.m., the place was already packed—grandpas and grandmas gathered around the tables, sipping tea. That familiar scene brought me a quiet sense of comfort. Ok, this place is good but not the best. Sad to say this, I do not know whether my taste
changes or the general culinary standard has gone south? Everywhere I dine, reflecting a not so satisfactory experience as before. Either they putting too much sugar or MSG into the foods that rendered it artificial.

The food is very fresh and delicious. The service is very good and all servers are so patient for us. The environment is clean and comfortable. I do recommend everyone to have a try.
