First time here and so seriously impressed with the ambiance, the service was first class - Brody took excellent care of our party of 8 - The food was delicious, the baby back ribs were perfectly prepared, and even our picky children loved their food too! They even had the Dodger game on for the WIN! Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

Two stars for the increasingly disappointing so-called avocado toast.
We were so truly unhappy in half of our breakfast.
As long time patrons we were quite disappointed for what they tried to pass off as avocado toast. First, we know their prices can be higher than other breakfast locations, it’s not great, but it’s known, and often the portions offset the $$$. So, when the avocado the avocado toast came in at $14.95 we thought, wow, but felt confident fresh avocado on a couple slices of toast would almost make the price worth it. Well, were we wrong. No avocado, more like a cheap packaged guacamole want-to-be paste, dabbed onto a single slice of toast. It was so ridiculous it bordered on offensive. So we sent it back. To be fair, the Greek Omelet was good and the coffee nice.

I’ve tried their food truck twice. Food is good but is pricey.
Delicious burgers, cold sandwiches, and tuna melts.

Held a mini high school reunion here for six at 3:30 pm on a weekday. Beat the dinner rush, plenty of free parking. Got a nice booth near the door so we could watch for people we haven't seen in a zillion years to arrive. All were easily found thanks to our location. Service was friendly. I had dessert for dinner. The large sundae with bittersweet chocolate. Cherry on top. It was yum. I snatched an onion ring, nice not greasy, lightly friend. Others ordered stuff from the happy hour menu. Everyone seemed happy. Yayyy. We were there about 3 hours. And also lingered for about 20 minutes in parking lot. Two of us chose to park on street same side as restaurant, so parking filled up fast after I arrived. The place shares a lot with other businesses. Some parking in rear. Invoke your car karma.

Took my toddler here for a special lunch out as I’ve heard it was family oriented. Ordered the fillet special. It was WAY overdone for medium-rare but I had my hands full so didn’t send it back. I ate the fries and took the steak to give to someone on the way home. Nice relaxed place for families but food needs a lot of improvement

Been going to Twohews for years. Love their food - comforting dishes, excellent hamburger and the best onion rings in town! What lets you down is the Service. Went in on a weekday afternoon. Two people at the reception desk speaking with someone. Pretty sure the see me stand there but don’t acknowledge me. Both walk away and one returns - still does not acknowledge me so I excuse myself and ask if I can sit at the counter. She responds, “Oh, sure.” Sit at the counter - no menu. The place is not particularly busy. Three servers that I can see chatting. Several minutes pass and finally I am given a menu and told she would be right back. Been here enough to quickly know what I want but now wait several more minutes while the 3 servers go back to chatting. I’m finally able to get her attention and order. Sadly this isn’t a one time occurrence. It seems the service has been lacking since they moved to the Fair Oaks location. None of the former servers made the move. Hope they work on this and make their service as good as their food. Until then, I will order takeout.

Just squeaked in before they closed at 9pm. I had (part of) an excellent Steak Frites with garlic fries. Tom and Denise both had the Thursday special- a really good Chicken Pot Pie, with gravy that is out of this world! We all got salads too, and that was lucky, because salads were unusually good. Split a piece of dark chocolate cake too. A fabulous meal!

We visited for the first time on a weekday late-morning. This is a popular place and it was tricky to find parking in the small shopping center but there were plenty of tables and we were seated right away. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich which was excellent even though it wasn't dipped in batter and deep fried. It was more like a thick French toast bread and everything inside was hot and melty just like I like it. My husband had the turkey dinner and was happy with his meal too. The servings were generous and for us it was enough for two meals, but I'm sure many people can finish in one sitting. Great selection on the menu, with a wonderful bakery and dessert case if you want to treat yourself. Highly recommend.
