Been here for a work luncheon and was compelled to come back because the food was good. I decided to come back here to pre-party with the bestie before I sent her off to Granada to do her salsa thang on a Saturday night. IT was packed. However, I love that it's quaint, modern, and clean! I was able to snag two seats at the bar and order some wines. I had the red flight which had 3 reds (from CA wineries) for $15. When the bestie came, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco for $35 so that was a steal. I had a beer after and everything was fine in terms of drinks. Nothing out of ordinary, but I was glad there wasn't anything that made me regret swallowing. It's a cute, casual wine bar that isn't there to super impress like it has a secret wine vault with wallet-killing wines, but I like the fact that it supports native California wineries with reasonable pricing! It's definitely NOT a place to host large parties, but good for parties of 4 or under. I will come back again since they close at 11pm. They have a small menu of entrees, bites and cheese/charcuterie bites. It's meant to be a wine bar, DUH! :) I will be back for another good, low-key time!

OGreat atmosphere. Wonderful selection of wine. Very nice people. Have always enjoyed the times we've been. Food is also yum.

Husband and I were craving pizza so we placed a pickup order at Vino's. I really wanted to love everything. The risotto appetizer was pretty dry and lacked taste. The pizzas were good however, thick and greasy. Overall, it did the job but didn't hit the spot.

Service was great, ambiance was exactly what we were in search for. Our first time being there, not from Southern California. Overall great experience

The food is okay but I do find the restaurant to be too dark and gloomy. We tried the pizza and it was okay to good; not great. The wine is just okay. With so many good restaurant choices in and around LA I don't think there is good reason for me to return here. The service is okay. My main issues are with food quality/choices and dark, gloomy decor.

The food was great! Ordered an Appetizer , the garlic fries were pretty good. Well seasoned with an aioli. For our main dish , we ordered the Lamb and a mushroom pepperoni pizza. Lamb was perfectly seasoned served with a fresh salad. It was perfect. The pizza was delicious considering we didn't order anything fancy . For dessert we had the brownie served with a scoop of ice cream. The browny was delicious, perfectly warm so that the ice cream slowly melted into every bite. The wine selection was great too . Nice hidden gem in Alhambra , perfect for a casual date night

I frequent Alhambra often, and came to Vino's a couple of times last summer and LOVED it. The back alley had a great playlist, the staff was friendly, and the pizza and drinks were never a miss. I recently visited Vino's for the third time and I am saddened to say it will be the last. The service was absolutely terrible, one of the worst experiences I've had at restaurant. I felt completely ignored by the staff, the drinks we ordered were never delivered, and we had to walk up to retrieve our bill and again to pay because our server was nowhere to be found. I also noticed there was a couple seated next to me who were getting impatient and eventually walked out after waiting more than 10 minutes without even having their drink order taken.

... well I came back, and I wish I hadn't. Requested outside seats and got sat smack in the middle of the inside. In here, the ambiance just isn't the same. It took about 20 minutes for the server to take our order. However, she did have time to mingle and talk to a group of other patrons who seemed to be her friends. It took another 20 minutes for our drinks to show up, and it was not busy at all, so that excuse is out the window. Our food was fine, that's the closest thing to a saving grace. I order a second drink with the manager, and after 30 minutes, I gave up on that drink and asked for the bill. Had to go up to the bar to request the bill again. The bill, I had to request THE BILL, AGAIN. Service was what really lacked this time. I was warned that I was just lucky to have a good experience there, but I didn't want to believe it. I believe it now.

First time being here. Not sure if it's affiliated with Charlie trio or not. Very nice intimate setting. I think people come for the alley way. Strawberry sorbet amazing. The cheese and charcuterie board, calamari, and amenti pizza is amazing. Lovely waiter/bartender food came out fast. I think it was a bit of wait for pizza. Amazing time there, would def come back. Will have to try their brunch on Sunday. The board is amazinggg, they seem to pick out quality ingredients. Their price and portion is very good.

Really liked this little spot. The music was early 2000s which I actually enjoyed a lot and didn't expect. There were regulars at the bar who seemed to be having fun and the servers were nice. I do wish they were more on top of it at times because it took a while to pay while they were talking with other guests at the bar. The food was pretty good and I enjoyed my cocktail a lot. It packed more of a punch then the mixed drink I got at the rabbit hole down the street so that says something about both these places.

I finally tried almost everything before writing this...Everything is GOOD!We ordered the heirloom tomatoes everytime... for the recent visit we ordered the fried chicken and the rib-eye steak, no complaint on anything, the steak is juicy and tender and cooked to perfect, fried chicken was among the best I ever had.The price of the wines is very reasonable, I have no reason not to order a bottle...

I love Vinos. It's such a chill atmosphere. The bar tenders are lovely humans. The food is great and the drinks are superb. I always enjoy my visits and look forward to returning again. They have some unique cocktails. One of my favorites is Lovers in Japan, which is a Japanese twist on a whisky sour (I think). The servers are very patient and helpful in explaining their wines to newbies like me. And I've learned a bit.

I made a reservation for a company happy hour with 20+ people and Vino’s provided well!!I made the reservation about a month and a half in advance. They kept my reservation and even accommodated when I had to add 3 more seats. I really appreciate their flexibility! The drinks here are sooo delicious! Happy hour is 4-6pm. I got the mango sorbet drink and it was sooo good and they provide a spoon to eat the sorbet with too :0) I also tried the peach cream drink and it was also amazing! Sangrias looked so tasty too ??We ordered the cheese board and some pizzas and garlic fries! Garlic fries were my favorite mostly because of the delicious garlic aioli sauce they had ? I loved it so much, i ate it with my pizza crust as well! They had huge umbrellas outside to shade you from the sun. It worked out well and there was a fan. However, some of us got Mosquito bites so beware when you sit outside!Service was good and they did their best with the amount of people we had!
