This location is terrible. The workers are rather dumb and incompetent. They also seem unhappy to be there. I love the Rosemead location... way better than this garbage location. Are they franchised or something?? This location sucks big time.

I usually like this place and decided to try the Acai drink they advertised. It was sooo thick and the flavor felt off--just not my cup of tea. After one sip I asked if it was possible to exchange it for another one and the worker had to call the owner and the owner said it was not possible because there was no mistake made. I guess the only mistake i made was ordering it LOL. I've worked at so many drink places and was always able to change out drinks for people who didn't like them because I obviously want people to like their drinks! I just thought it was no big deal and the way that it was handled was kind of odd. Anyways not worth trying the Acai! Edit: I read the owners response. It sounded to me like she puts her business above other businesses because of their premium quality ingredients. I actually did work at a place that only made drinks with premium quality ingredients--but we had training in premium quality customer service too. The friendliness and accountability is really disappointing. I've tried all your drink legitimately and this is the first one I did not like. From durian to fire dragon to lemon berry berry and green machine. I've literally had every drink on your menu. I'm a fan believe me. Maybe not so much anymore. So yes Allison, I do know what drinks I like because I like every single one of them except for this one. Thanks for your response--it tells me everything I need to know $

Came in about 30 minutes before closing. A couple others ahead of us in line. Only 2 staff members, one of them named: Sierra. Both employees were kind and efficient. Sierra particularly handled most of our order and she was amazing! She knew how to present the fruits (her design not pictured). Their açai bowls are my favorite from the menu! The açai and ube are delicious, and perfectly balanced with fhe unlimited toppings. Price + unlimited toppings + taste = 100% delicious! Definitely recommend!

[ Dessert ] I ordered the small açaí bowl and it never disappoints at Vita Cane, it always satisfies my açaí bowl craving. [ Service ] I ordered from their website and it's pretty simple. It seems like this location had a bit more toppings than the Rosemead location, I liked that they had bee pollen here, but I also saw that they have mini peanut butter chocolate cups, brownie brittles, and cinnamon toast crunch that's not at the other location. Customer service was nice when I picked up. [ Parking ] There's a parking garage in the back but there's some street parking in front of the shop. [ Restroom ] There's no restroom.

I would come back here because I love sugar cane juice. They offer 1 gallon bags to take home at a good price. My large 24ounce drink how ever was diluted with 1/3 ice. Drink was $7 before tax. I feel ripped off. Next time, I would just pay extra $1 and order drinks with no ice.

I got raw sugarcane drink! The drink was okay. The worker give me too much ice and it was watery down. Overall the staff was friendly and kind and fast when make a drink.

They are located in Downtown Alhambra right on Main St. across the street from the Regal Edwards theaters. There's a couple of parking spots right on Main, but you are better off parking in the structure in the back. We came in on a Saturday around 6:30pm and ordered a large Sugar Cane with kumquat. My drink was ready within a couple of minutes after placing the order. There was nobody in the store at the time so there was no wait at all. I like that they seal the top like at most boba places. While driving home, I took a sip of the drink and it was not good. The juice was water downed and it was tart and tasted more like limeade. I had my wife try it and she agreed. She mentioned that there was a bitter taste to it. I wish I had watched them make the drink to see how much ice was in the pitcher they poured into my cup. I bet it was squeezed earlier in the day and just sat in a pitcher full of ice. So by 6:30pm, it was water downed. Normally when you ask for kumquat to be added, they use 1 or maybe 2 kumquat while pressing the juice. I think the employee had a heavy hand and maybe poured too much in and made it sour and bitter. I still prefer Fresh Canes in Rosemead, but since I was in the Alhambra area, I decided to come here instead. I'll probably give them another shot, but super disappointed how this one came out.

Ordered a super berry berry drink and paid over $9 bucks for a glass of ice. Very disappointed. This was at the Alhambra location.

This review has been long over due but you have no idea how excited I was when I found out that Vita Cane opened in Alhambra. My bf and I used to drive to their Rosemead location to get our sugar cane fix so we're happy that the one here opened up. This review is only for the sugar cane juice because that's all I've ordered before. They have a LOT of toppings and you can customize your sugar cane juice to however you like, so I always have a tough time ordering. My go to is usually kumquat sugarcane and it's super yummy. I did decide to go with a blueberry sugar cane this time and I like how you can see they use real ingredients. They do press the sugarcane fresh so it will be a wait until you get your order. That's why I like that they have an online ordering system, so I can run in from the back and pick up. They do like to ask for the last 4 digits of your phone number if you are picking up an online order. Tip: If you are entering from the back, the walk to the store is further than you'd think, so keep following that hallway!

It was quite empty on the weekend which was surprising. The menu was pretty big and they have great options for flavoring choices for the sugar cane drink. A plus was that they had acai bowls and you can get unlimited toppings. To be honest, the pricing is pretty high. I am not sure if the sugar cane is freshly squeezed but the drink itself was solid and refreshing. If you are craving some nuoc mia, give this place a try!

Very cute place for my first time in. I love sugar cane drinks and were in the area and stopped. The prices are pretty reasonable. I have to go back to try their Acai bowls! They have a lot of specialty drinks too if you want to be adventurous but I stuck to the pure sugar cane drink

Delicious, unlimited topping açaí bowl for $10? Heck yeah! Located on Main St (conveniently close to the free lot on 1st St), this place is our go to for post workout açaí bowls. We come here at least twice a week and the quality is consistently top notch. The fruit selection is always fresh and the topping section is clean and organized. You can get a small for $9.95 or a large for $11.95. The small is enough to fill me up after all of the toppings. You start by choosing your base - I opt for either a mixture of açaí and coconut or mango, but there are so many other options too! This is something I haven't seen at other açaí bowl places. Also, they have a wide selection of granola, fruit, and toppings like mochi, coconut, peanut butter, almond butter, honey, etc. Service is consistently solid. A super nice lady whom I believe is the owner is always super welcoming. Overall, a great place to grab a healthy and budget friendly snack!
