Would give zero stars. Asian cashier snatched money out of my client with a disability’s hand , refused to hand back cash to client, arguing with me for 3 minutes. Then made an offensive comment that the client was “moving too slow” despite having a 2nd register opened. All the other staff just stood around and didn’t step in to de escalate the cashier. Thank goodness the client didn’t understand that she was being treated differently just because she has a disability. I’ve never experienced discrimination until I went here.

There’s this one young woman employee who always has a sad/annoyed face & tone like she’s always tired and over her job. Makes me wonder what’s going on back there... Aside from that service is fast and food comes out right but probably because she wants everyone out of there quick!

I can only speak for what I order every time and that's the chicken tacos 🌮 and exactly how they come. I'm hooked because they are tasty and inexpensive. The workers are all very nice and they keep everything clean.

I ordered a chicken plate, and the side salad was just plain lettuce—no toppings or dressing. The portion of chicken was the smallest I’ve ever received at any WaBa Grill. I’ve been to this location before and had a similar experience. I initially thought it was just an off day, but it seems this location consistently serves smaller portions.

Paid extra for chicken and only got regular amount or probably less than you usually get. I order a lot of wabba w extra chicken at different locations so I know the amount they’re supposed to add. I also ordered the FIVE piece dumpling order and only got FOUR! Didn’t even give me the sauce it comes with after asking for it. Once I went in to order the cashier (wearing braces) did not greet me and looked in a bad mood when I was the only person in line or in the establishment. I would’ve gone back for a refund if I had checked my food before driving off!

I came with my 1 year old daughter and order ordered a bowl, the cashier was very rude and looked irritated but I ignored it and was still nice to her, but then when I ate my food my daughter and I experienced food poisoning, nausea , diarrhea and vomiting, I didn't feel the cold sweats and nausea until 3 hours lated, but please just avoid this place at all costs!!

I ordered $37 worth of food all different proteins and all the proteins were dry and stale like they had been sitting all day. The food was cold and awful. I really want my money back because this is not the first time it's happened at this location. I've been to several Waba Grills and never had such horrible food quality. I wasted a whole $37 in this economy to end up not eating my dinner. ?
