Solid for milk tea, ample parking, quite a large space. Menu is limited and not all items (understandably) have adjustable sweetness, the staff are great at explaining. The more limited menu does mean you might not find a drink you like, but they cover all the basics.

Good beverage store, especially if you're looking for boba/brown sugar boba. Too bad sweetness cannot be adjusted. In general, pretty close to authentic taste in Taiwan. Portion is small for its price.

My personal favorite Boba spot in all of Southern California. I usually get the Brown Sugar Boba drink, but all of them are pretty good here. Boba is fresh and perfectly cooked, high quality and made fresh.

I got the brown sugar milk with boba and it was decent overall. I appreciate they actually offer lactaid for us lactose sufferers as an optional replacement for the regular milk. Also unlike other boba shops, they serve the boba quite warm, which you don't see very often

I had been looking for a reliably great boba shop in my area for literally years. One day I’m at the Doctor’s office and the predominantly local staff there were all drinking boba from this spot. I memorized the name, threw it into google and EUREKA I found the best boba in our area.

Friendly staff - really nice workers that make it easy to return. They remember your orders and whip up the drinks super fast!
HAND MADE BOBA: I’ve been drinking boba for over a decade now and have NEVER been to a spot where they make the boba right in front of you. And it’s not just a spectacle, these are the best tapioca pearls I’ve ever tried.
Beautiful location - I think it used to be a bank building. Lots of natural light and a shaded seating area outside.
Plenty of parking - their lot can be tricky to navigate your first time but is a godsend for quick in and out trips

Do not get the herbal jelly tea, it’s just pure milk with no tea flavoring. Although the boba is fresh and nice. However, the sizing doesn’t really match the pricing with each drink costing about 7$.
