As I was running in to get a juice, this morning, I accidentally dropped my reusable cup and the rim broke off. The darling sales associate firmly told me that they wanted to replace it, for free (sweetly waving away my protests that it was my fault for dropping my old one). Samantha helped me and she was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Sorbet bowl was 10/10. “Earth bowl has such great options for açaí or sorbets, alongside healthy toppings. Their ingredients and flavor is what keeps me coming back. I’m super bummed out that they’re possibly not going to carry the açaí peanut butter sorbet flavor. Particularly this location, I had great customer service by Chantelle- she always crafts a good bowl or shake. I’ve seen her train other coworkers as well and her knowledge and flavors come out great. On top of providing friendly customer service! Will come back for sure.“

“Been coming here for years and I really like their bowls but the prices have gotten a bit out of control… over $13 for a medium bowl? I think is a bit excessive. They are pretty quick with making their bowls though, and customer service is good. some seating available inside and more available outside in the shade. They have added new things to the menu like bagels and avocado toast. And they have a selection of drinks and snacks to choose from as well if that’s what you’re in the mood for.
