I used the drive-through, and I was impressed!!!
Typically, drive-throughs are quick, and there is not much interaction between the staff and customers, but I have to say my experience was different here. I was greeted with an excited tone over the microphone, and then met the gentleman at the window who reviewed my order with me, collected the payment and handed me the food with a big smile on his face.

Family wanted El pollo, went thru drive thru - got 2 soups - handed to me in a plastic bag laying down - asked for double bag - drove out and realized they forgot to put the chicken in the bag! Drove back thru
Chipotle quesadilla was not great. Soup was good
