The level of happiness and even the individual that participate in conversation with me has been amazing the cashier or agent would you wanna call them? Is Evelyn who has been absolutely amazing and before I even walk through the door, I order is ready. That’s what good Customer Service. I really appreciate it and El Pollo Loco was a good shop.

Recently visitToday in the morning I visit the dining room I normally go through drive true and I was fascinated by the service and cleanliness and most importantly the welcome I received from jasmine the cashier Jazmin was very kind and attentive in my order thanks pollo loco

Me and a friend went there after a bike ride and it was very affordable, and the food was very good! I got 3 tacos and chips for about 8 bucks and it was filling and very tasty! The service was prompt and professional! Their horchata was very good, I don't usually like it but it was very good.
