This have to be one of the most hidden gem of authentic Japanese sushi cuisine restaurant in this area. I am surprised this cute shop in Aliso Viejo delivered one of the best taste in town.
Chef Masa have a simple menu but their Premium Omakase sushi is the way to go, I also like their variety rolls including my favorite spider roll.
