Eureka! Aliso Viejo

I’m not the type of person to leave a review after a single issue. I understand that mistakes can happen. But unfortunately, this isn’t the first or even the second time I’ve had a problem with orders from here, and this time was the final straw.

My wife and I ordered two medium burgers for delivery. When the food arrived, we sat down to eat while watching TV. Distracted at first, I didn’t immediately notice the strange taste and texture. It took a couple of bites before I realized something was seriously wrong. The burger was literally raw.

What I don’t understand is how two burgers, ordered at the same temperature, could be cooked so differently. The difference was extremely noticeable.

I was really hungry and ended up throwing my meal away out of disgust. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late to order anything else besides fast food since most places had closed.

Even then, I wasn’t planning to write a review but what pushed me to do it was that I got sick. I threw up all night and felt horrible the next day. It took me two full days to recover.

Please make sure your food is being cooked properly. Undercooked meat can make people seriously ill. This should never happen.

Food was mostly greasy definitely not healthy it is extremely loud difficult to hear the person on the other side of a small table

Ate here tonight 5/28/25 and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and the last. The fries were dry, and the appetizer plates came out dirty. The women’s bathroom was also in poor condition with a broken soap machine, lack of TO and covers. Imagine what the staff is washing their hands with🙃

While the decor is beautiful and the service was decent, the overall cleanliness and food quality were severely lacking! Compared to other locations like Clairmont, this one falls short. I left not feeling well now. It was embarrassing treating my guest out for dinner. I won’t be coming back. The place has potential, but as they say, “potential” doesn’t mean much if it’s not met.

Excellent everything. Went there with my kid and had fun. I also thought it was a great place to take a date in the future

Good relaxing open atmosphere. Only tried the appetizers, excellent beer selections, will be coming back again to try their burgers ?

I’ve tried a few times now - just really, really bad service and tiny food for an expensive cost. Such a shame because it’s in a convenient location.

I was just here and ordered the steak with bone marrow. I bit in my first bite and found a wire cleaning brush in it. Be careful! I am appalled that they use this type of utensil!

That’s what I wanted to say when I discovered the place..Eureka! …From the outside, you’d never guess this place existed. But once I stepped through the front door, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was captivating, and, believe it or not, they backed it up with great food.

Our server, Carissa, was perfect through our Labor Day lunch!, so I tipped her generously—she earned it.

I kicked off the feast with a Mexican beer called Explorado Lager. I lost count of how many I had, but it was something special—fruity, as my date noted, and I have to agree. It was different, in the best way!

We shared a plate of slow-roasted pork nachos and a plate of wings, they were definitely worth it.
I wrapped things up with the Napa chicken sandwich, which was spot on—the sauce was a perfect hit. Honestly, it felt like I was dining in a four-star restaurant. These folks really know their sauces.
