I've been to Lupe's for dinner and brunch. Each time the employees were nice and the place was clean. The menu is pretty solid with traditional and unique options. For the dinner, I ordered a fajita burrito with no tomatoes. I was disappointed by the lack of onions, it's part of what makes it a fajita style burrito. Their food is absolutely amazing. For those who miss Chelas (moved from Laguna Niguel to San Clemente) run to this place. Very similar. Excellent homemade salsa and they have habanero too!
